It’s disappointing to need a simple promissory note template. Which you advertise as having several. To only find it’s an intentionally made fill in the blanks template. Not providing the customer with what is needed. Cancelled account, won’t be back

Should have option for ZERO stars
Should have option for zero stars. I reviewed Rocket Lawyer trademarks October 2025 with very negative review on how they took my payment in full for simple SBA trademark filing and totally messed it up over three years. After that review an attorney named Jeremy contacted me and said he's now in charge and admitted all their mistakes to me. He promised to fix immediately. Six months later and they once again haven't done anything and don't even respond to my emails and calls for updates. How is this level of incompetence possible for a company who says they perform legal work? Mindboggling how bad they are. Learn from my nightmare and do not give Rocket Lawyer your money!
