Maybe set up your own security cameras before opening the box

I’ve ordered from Rocky Mountain ATV/MC multiple times and have several machines saved in my account, so this one was pretty surprising. In my latest order (#26725393), two small items (a Tusk Chain Slack Measuring Tool and ODI Grip Glue, about $13 total) were missing. Only the side panels showed up.When I reached out, I was told their warehouse security footage shows the items were packed, so as far as they’re concerned, case closed.Apparently the lesson here is: if you order from them, make sure you set up your own surveillance system and record yourself opening the package—because their internal video matters more than what you actually receive.I understand mistakes happen. Items get missed, fall out, or get lost in transit. That’s normal. What’s not normal is refusing to make it right over $13, especially for a repeat customer with a purchase history.There’s no real incentive for anyone to lie about two low-cost items. But there is a very real downside to treating your customers like they are.At the end of the day, it’s not about the money—it’s about how they handled it. For a company that talks a lot about customer service, this was a pretty clear example of what that doesn’t look like.Losing a repeat customer over $13 is an interesting choice. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Cumbersome search engine

Cumbersome search engine. If you enter a specific machine for parts, you have to just scroll through the parts that come up. You cannot search for a specific part for a specific machine. Also, they offer a "$100 value" reward for doing their survey, which turns out to be a magazine subscription, but then you have to give a credit card number to pay a portion for each magazine you select and then you are put on auto renew for your subscriptions. The "free gift" is completely bogus.

Order Gone Bad, Paid More for No Help

I ordered a spare wheel and tire for my side by side. I updated my address, but apparently it only worked for my credit card so that Craparal/RMATV could take my money and they shipped the wheel to my house two houses ago. I called when I got the shipped notice and they charged me $15 for a shipping address change, but the order still went to the wrong address. The rep I spoke with typed in a wrong number that I read off the order summary, then he said that I read it wrong. They said that it's my fault and I have to eat the loss.

Poor return policy experience

Update: After leaving a review, RMATV reached out to me and had me return the headlight so they could take a look and see if they could cover it under warranty. This was not offered initially when I spoke with someone over the phone. I have sent the bulb off to them as requested, will update again once there has been a resolution. Updating my review to 3 stars since customer service is trying to work with me.I purchased a headlight bulb for my TW200 from RMATV. On their website it shows as "Fits". So technically it does fit, but it doesn't orient properly in the housing. Instead of clocked straight up and down, it clocks at a 45 degree angle. This makes the beam pattern completely off, with lots of dark spots all throughout the beam. I contacted RMATV and I can't return it because I plugged it into the bike. It's new, the packaging is new, and it was plugged in for about a total of 30 seconds. That's a bulb that's unusable in the bike their site says it's compatible with and they won't accept the return. I wouldn't purchase from RMATV again based on their return policy.

Customer service is top tier

Customer service is top tier. I´ve had my fair share of trouble with carriers and delivery 3rd parties over the years and RM staff have been incredibly helpful every single time. I can say I will not order my dirt bike needs from anywhere else!!

STOP using the postal service

The only reason I did not give them a 5 star is due to them switching over the postal service. I now think twice before ordering if I need it soon or not. Getting parts in over a week to 3 or 4 since the changes is unacceptable from KY to MO... I will now start to support my local bike shops a lot more. I know its not them having the issues but its not a good change.
