Horrible service

I purchased a pair of shoes. Tried them on and they ran significantly smaller than advertised. Couldn't even walk in them. They would not exchange for the right size or refund me.

TERRIBLE customer service

TERRIBLE customer service! I ordered a bunch of things totaling over $5000. One of the items never arrived and I had to reach out several times to customer service. Each time they acted like they could care less about you as a customer. I also asked if they could waive the $6 shipping since the item took 2 months to arrive. They said no! Unbelievable!

I ordered 34 items for my gym and I…

I ordered 34 items for my gym and I never received 12 items, an item was damaged, and another item arrived open and missing parts. After arguing with customer service for a half dozen times they told me to file a police report against the shipping company that delivered it. I had to open a dispute with my credit card to get my money back from the items not delivered. The only reason I got my money back from the items missing is because rogue had the box weight as 22 lbs but the shipping company had it weighed as 6 lbs. I then tried to have the whole order returned because it was incomplete and missing items and Rogue told me I would have to pay to have the 20 kettle bells shipped back but that would of cause me to pay hundreds in shipping. Rogues customer service is horrible and I will never buy anything from them again. I spent over $2000 and the only thing they told me was to file a police report. Don’t waste your time or money dealing with this company!

Rogue by name rogue by nature.

SAVE YOURSELF TIME/MONEY AND AVOID THIS COMPANY. My wife ordered for me on the 19th November 2025 as a Christmas gift, a Rogue Ohio 3" brown leather weight lifting belt from the Rogue website at a cost of £128 plus £5.60 shipping. It arrived on the 3rd December 2025. I used the measurement guidelines on the Rogue website and my size fell between large and x-large. My wife ordered a large with the thought process being that I would be able to exchange it for XL. Rogue returns/exchange policy is 14 Days for the EU/UK. I received the gift on the 25th December 2026.Clearly outside of the 14 day policy.I decided to return the belt anyway as it was an exchange not a refund and there was an issue with the sizing. An exchange e-form was filled out on the Rogue website which included the order number and nothing was flagged about the 14 day return policy at that point.I returned the item on the 5th January 2026 at a shipping cost of £18.35 UK to Belgium.Having checked the tracking number today I was greeted with the message "Sorry, our delivery partner was unable to deliver this item at 30-01-2026 as the recipient refused to accept it. It will now be returned to the sender.Sorry, we don't have any other information about why this was refused."It seems that Rogue have refused the package at point of delivery and not opened it to check the item or the exchange form.My wife has contacted Rogue for a response. I will update this review if we hear anything back.

Rogue Fitness used to be the gold…

Rogue Fitness used to be the gold standard. Not anymore.I had an item in my cart when the price suddenly jumped. This is on an already extremely expensive product line, with prices that have increased multiple times recently. I understand that Rogue is American made and positioned as premium, but that does not excuse what happened next.I reached out immediately to ask if a price match was possible since the increase literally happened while I was purchasing. I was told someone would get back to me. For 14 straight days, I was told the same thing. “You’ll hear back tomorrow.” “A representative is working on it.” “You’ll get a response today.” Over and over again.I followed up politely every day. I waited. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After two weeks, I finally received a two-sentence email saying the price went up due to tariffs. That was it.All they had to do was say that on day one. “We can’t price match. Prices went up. Sorry.” I would have understood. Instead, I was strung along for two weeks with false assurances and zero accountability.I’ve bought many, many items from Rogue over the years, not just for myself, but for friends and family as well. Needless to say, I will not be returning for business again. For a company this large and this expensive, the customer service is embarrassing. I have received far better communication and respect from small local and boutique vendors. Rogue clearly no longer cares about individual customers. What happened to this company? It feels like the little guy does not matter anymore.

Complete Ripoff

I can’t say that these aren’t good, but they certainly are not a good investment. They are beyond overpriced, even by Rogue’s standards. So if you want them, go for it, but honestly, you’re flushing money down the drain. Let me show you:Rogue Change Plates: $249/37.5lb=$6.64/lbRogue Competition Plates: $1,380/320lb=$4.31/lbRogue Color Echo Plates: $1,035/350lb=$2.96/lbRogue HG Bumper Plates: $2,006/1000lb/$2.01/lbThe Change Plates are more expensive than any other plate, which maybe you justify in their convenience or necessity. But let’s take a look at the Fractional Plates:Rogue Fractional Plates: $86/5=$17.20/lbThe Fractional Plates are $10.00 more than the already expensive Change Plates. They are $15 more per pound than their Bumper Plates…. that’s just insanity. But let’s compare these prices to a competitor, REP Fitness. REP’s Change Plates: $184.99/37.5lb=$4.93/lb ($1.71 cheaper per pound)REP’s Fractional Plates: $34.99/5lb=$6.99/lb ($10.21 cheaper per pound)

Rogue is not even close to a comparison price, and are clearly profiteering hand over fist on these. Not to mention, it costs an additional ~$20 to ship this 5lb package to you.

Like I said, get them if you want, but you’re being robbed in broad daylight.

Non-existent customer support

Non-existent customer support. I ordered an item on Dec 30th at 1 am and I tried to cancel at 2:30 am. They did not ship out the items, but they would not let me cancel. Instead, they shipped out the items 1 day later and made me pay $780 in shipping (back and forth) in order to return. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Service and Delivery suck

If you’re thinking about ordering from Rogue Fitness, think twice. I spent over $6,000 and the entire experience was a disaster from start to finish.Rogue provided no delivery window, no notice, and not even the courtesy of ringing the doorbell. Their driver dropped three huge pallets in the middle of my driveway, blocking my garage and trapping my wife’s car inside. Because of the careless placement, I had to haul the equipment onto my lawn by myself just to open the garage, then move everything again into the garage. Completely unnecessary and exhausting. To make matters worse, Rogue didn’t include installation instructions or a list of boxes/parts. For an order of this size, that is unbelievable. I had to guess what was what and hope nothing was missing. For a company that markets itself as “premium,” the experience was careless, unprofessional, and flat-out disrespectful to the customer. I will not be buying from Rogue Fitness again unless they overhaul their delivery and fulfillment process.

Terrible

Terrible. Don’t waste your time ordering. I ordered near the end of November. It’s now January 3rd and still no delivery. They sent me a $25 gift card which does nothing as this was a gift. They also wouldn’t cancel the order when it was obvious it would not arrive on time.

Terrible delivery experience

Love the Rogue brand, but they have quite possibly the worst delivery experiences I've ever seen (via R&L Carriers). We paid $500 for the delivery of our home gym equipment, and both times the driver (Dylan from R&L Carriers) dropped off our items on the main road, which was miles away from our house, and was unwilling to help us move it. We're now stuck with these gigantic delivery boxes and pallets in our driveway that are blocking other neighbors as well...Rogue Fitness seriously needs to reconsider their relationship with R&L Carriers and potentially switch to a more reliable provider, since this is a completely unacceptable delivery experience for the price we paid. Just check Trustpilot/Yelp reviews for R&L Carriers, and you'll see that we're not the only ones that ran into this.
