Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Was charged $17 to return a $65 item. The sizing is completely off so I had to return it. Would not recommend shopping with them

I love this boutique

I love this boutique, the girls are always happy and helpful. They give good suggestions on pairing items that go well together. Help finding sizes. They care if you find what you are looking for. And the boutique is just a good place to shop.

I purchased an item that was not a…

I purchased an item that was not a final sale at the time of purchase. When I received the item it was too large and the next day tried to return it, but when I put in my order number, it kept saying wrong order number. I tried again the next day and same thing. On the third try the number went through but it said item cannot be returned, final sale. The item was not a final sale when purchased! I emailed them that same day and did not receive a reply for five days. They refused to acknowledge what occurred with the return process and now I'm stuck with an item that does not fit. I don't want to exchange because all their clothing will be too large. They have poor customer service and business ethics. They must not do too well as a company if this is how they treat their customers.

Bad Customer Service

I purchased a pair of boots to wear with a holiday outfit. They didn't fit, but I had a Thanksgiving trip coming up to Utah so I kept them to exchange at the storefront so I could try on shoes in person. Because it was outside of the 30 day window (not outside of the 30 day window for when I received them as I thought, but from when I ordered them), they would not let me exchange or return them. I called customer service and they told me tough luck, even though now the return policy is extended now because of the Christmas holiday. I think it's ridiculous that you can't get store credit if you are barely outside of the return policy and your items are not used at all, especially if it's around the holidays. I have been a loyal customer to them and it's disappointing that they wouldn't help me out.

Horrible Quality - Dress shrunk completely after first wash as per care label

I purchased a dress from Roolee and the dress itself was quite cute. I washed it for the first time about two months after purchase and even though i washed it EXACTLY to the care label instructions, it has now shrunk horrifically and is now completely unwearable. Horrible quality for a high price and I am now stuck with an unwearable item that i paid a high price for. When i complained to customer service, i was told it was out of their 30 day period for faulty items. Terrible customer service, i will not be purchasing again and i recommend everyone else stays away also.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had purchased a skirt from them middle of June. When the package arrived, it had a bag instead of a skirt (although the bag was labeled as a skirt on the clear packaging). I contacted customer service about the mistake AT LEAST half a dozen times, not including messages I sent to their Instagram and Facebook. I still haven’t received a single response from them two months later. So disappointed that they have zero customer service.

I feel like I got scammed!

My story is the same as many of the other reviewers here. I never received a pair of shoes from them, but I can’t get a hold of any sort of customer service. I had to dispute it with the credit card company.If you look on Google and Facebook, outwardly it looks like they have good reviews. But the bad reviews are just harder to spot. But I see a pattern of people unable to contact customer service. I feel like they’re covering up huge problems and bad business practices with marketing.

Don't fall for this cute marketing scam!!

I've emailed and messaged with the customer service several times and haven't heard back, not even once. I had ordered some items to be shipped to me in Europe. They did arrive here on time. But only to find out that the wallet was broken and the sandals were defective. I requested for my money to be refunded for those items. But it seems Roolee has disappeared. That's ok, I'll report them through my PayPal. And if anyone else hasn't gotten their refund please Report it on Paypal or through whatever form of payment you made. I should've done my research before buying from this company that looked so cute, but sells very bad quality product and is misleading. Please be aware to not buy things that aren't in person from Roolee!!

Apathetic Sales Clerks!

I went to the actual store today to shop. No other customers were in the store. I was the only one there shopping. Three sales clerks were gathered in a little circle chatting away. No one offered to help me. No one was concerned about a customer even being in the store. When I approached the group with a question, I was given dirty looks. What were these ladies being paid to do? Hang with friends? I will not be returning!
