I have been ordering from them for years... even tho dresses I ordered before were beautiful and I love them so some no longer fit me as they were very form fitting so I'm very happy the material they use now is stretchy so way more forgiving. I love buying holiday theme dresses and so excited they now have matching couple outfits. My hubby and I have bought 5 sets now

My husband and I ordered matching outfits. The dress has a hem in the bust area which is clearly not shown in photos straps are very large. Now I’m sending my 2 nd round of pictures. This is ridiculous, just send my refund label.

Not only do they use the worst delivery company in the world after fighting woth them for 2 weeks to collevt my package i find 3 cheap and nasty lookinh clothes im so disappointed deffinately not worth the money i spent coukd of got better on temu and thats saying something just aviod cause it will end up costing more in the long run so pissed

My wife and I placed an order for matching outfits to wear on vacation. It was fun shopping for them and exciting to receive the clothing. Shipping was as quick as can be expected, knowing that they were coming from overseas and had to deal with Customs, etc. Sadly, some of the items did not fit my wife. Since they were bought as sets, I figured we were screwed and there was not enough time for replacements to get to us. I expected a hassle to get a refund, if we ever even got one. I was wrong. Rosegal responded quickly to my email and asked me how they could make it right, exchange or refund. I selected refund and within a few days I received what I thought was a fair refund considering these were his/her sets. Rosegal did not want me to return the items, but rather asked me to donate them to a local clothing charity of my choice. Honor system. I could not have asked for a better resolution. Great Customer Service!

Ordered his and hers outfits. They said the address was wrong (though it wasnt) and refused to issue refund when I didn't receive package.

I ordered a couple's matching shirt and dress. There were seams along the bustline that were not present in the photos, which really disturbed the pattern. The fabric was not consistent in color and looked worn in the strap area. The straps were sewn much larger than should have been and were not easily correctable. Though initial contacts seemed resistant to return/ refund, they eventually did promise a refund. I haven't seen it yet, but it takes a little time. I'll still hesitate to order, based on the inconsistencies in the fabrication of their clothing I've seen with my eyes and read about a little too late.

Wrong size rose gal lies.their products can be bought cheaper at goodwill.Plus they have no exchange policy that won't cost you a fortune.

It is absolutely unacceptable that I am being asked to pay again for a delivery that has not been completed for the fourth time. I refuse to be held responsible for repeated delivery failures.This situation is nothing but unfair and feels like fraud. I demand an immediate full refund of 72.38 USD to my original payment account.If the refund is not processed without delay, I will have no choice but to file a formal complaint.Consider this matter urgent.

After years of receiving their marketing emails with no purchase since 2018, I clicked 'Unsubscribe' to finally clear out my inbox. After multiple unsubscribes over multiple days I contacted them to advise I was still receiving their newsletter. I also raised a support ticket. They have dragged out the process and have still not unsubscribed my email 1 month later. I have now blocked their email address and I've reported their spam behaviour to both Google and ACMA.
