Just Because I Buy Something at a Currently Cheapest Price, it Will Not Make Me Fall in Love with This Company
When I look for shoes in a certain size, I have to click on every single color to see if there are any in my size available. Maybe, this is still the norm at many places, it still does not make it less annoying. And the shipping is pricey considering I am also in the EU. My shoes arrived in 8 days. None of these are huge problems but in the past, I really had a hard time with Runner inn when they made a mistake with one of my order. Did I stop ordering from them?! As you can see, I did not. Nevertheless, my experience is not supreme.

Very disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with Runnerinn.I ordered a pair of sneakers expecting a reasonable delivery time, but the package took almost three weeks to arrive, which is far longer than what was indicated when I placed the order.On top of that, when I looked into returning the item, I found out that the return cost is around 70 euros — something that was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase. This is extremely frustrating and feels misleading.Customer service was not helpful and did not provide a proper solution to the issue.Overall, I would not recommend ordering from this store. Be aware of hidden costs and long delivery times.
