For the 2nd time in a year, it’s taken this company 6+ weeks to deliver items that they say they have in inventory, domestically. Their online virtual asst just asks the same questions, and then you get an email saying they’re looking into it.They have 5-star merchandise and 1-star customer service.All I get is a “we’re looking into it with the USPS and get back to you.” They never got back to me.This is it for us. Too many good options out there that don’t take an unacceptable amount of time to deliver.

I ordered the bullet antenna back on November 24 2025 in red. A few weeks later I get my free gifts with no antenna. So I waited a few more days thinking it would show up. Not a chance. So I emailed them to find out they are out of stock of the red antennas. So I chose a different color. Here it is January 8th 2026 and still no updates and still no antenna. I won’t buy from them ever again and definitely won’t recommend them.

I ordered 4 neck gators from them. Only received 1. When I messaged the company about not receiving the rest of my order, I was told they were in the middle of changing warehouses and I’ll have an update as soon as possible. That was over a week ago. I have yet to receive any type of updates from them. I’ve been waiting on this order for over a month now. Just a heads up to everyone considering ordering from this company..

no one calls you everything seems to be AI generated and orders that have been separated. Tracking information is unclear especially this close to Christmas. Unacceptable.

Placed an order for 8 neck gaiters with 3 free on 1 Dec.Paid a total of £24.72Received only 3 of the items. Emailed 3x to find out what was happening to the remainder of the order.No response received but got a refund of £2.88 on 18 Dec with no explanation.Why am I being ignored? Why are SA mugging me off with around a 12% refund when I only got 28% of the order??Do NOT trust this company - they take your money and do not honour the contract and refuse to communicate.

i did an order thru amazon with them for xmas and both amazon and myself have tried to reach out for support and it is practically non existent! and now i will have to cancel my order and my son wont get the xmas presents he asked for!! all i was looking for was a ship date and they didnt have time to support their customer base way to go Soul Of Adventure way to treat a disabled veteran!!!!!!!!!

Placed an order on September 9, and it is now October 13 and still have not received it. There is no phone number to call to get customer service. I would definitely not order from them again!

My order is held at USPS awaiting payment for postage. I paid for shipping with my order, SA did not pay for the postage to ship to me.
