The sample sizes are excellent—generous enough to be truly useful. The selections are also well-curated. In fact, the warm white bundle perfectly matches what I would have chosen individually.

Underdelivered
Paid for next day delivery expecting my order to arrive Friday, so we could use the 10 samples ordered over the weekend. Now arriving Monday. Should refund my shipping fee. Not happy.

I’ve ordered from this company twice
I’ve ordered from this company twice. First time, the shipment arrived quickly without issue. I needed to find the tracking information for my second order, however the automated email confirming the order and shipment doesn’t provide a tracking number. It only provides a link in which you have to download the “shop” app to track the shipment. Tried to talk to customer service and the replies are all autogenerated - no human available to request tracking information. Poor customer service! I know I’m not the only one who is jumping through hoops just to find out where my order is… very disappointing!

Paint samples still not delivered
This company advertises quite strenuously that paint samples will be delivered in 1 to 3 days from your order. I ordered last Wednesday (2/19). It is now Monday, 2/24, and I still do not have what I ordered. Of course, I paid for shipping as well (fedex), amounting to just shy of 9.00 It is frustrating, as it has cost me time - lost time. I could have gone down to my local hardware store and gotten paint sample pots. Given the inability to timely deliver, I will not order from this company again. Of course, I cannot speak to the quality of the product, as I have not yet received it. In terms of service, however, when a company advertises a particular timeframe for delivery, and when the company makes the customer pay a premium for that delivery, the service should be better.

Pulled paint off walls!
Colors seemed OK BUT the samples which are not supposed to damage the walls pulled paint out of several spots on my walls. Would not do this again, and it was expensive.
