Disappointing experience for a luxury purchase
I recently purchased a pair of Amina Muaddi shoes from Savannahs and while the shoes themselves are fine, the box arrived clearly damaged, with visible marks and a tear.For a luxury designer purchase, the packaging is part of the overall experience and should meet a certain standard. No prior notice was given about the condition of the box.Customer service acknowledged the issue but only offered a €20 voucher for a future purchase, which does not feel like a fair or proportionate resolution.Overall, this was a disappointing experience and not what I would expect when shopping for luxury items.

Extremely disappointing experience.After wearing my The Row shoes only once or twice, visible damage appeared. Savannahs’ response was to repeatedly dismiss the issue as “normal wear,” with no ownership, no empathy, and no real attempt to support a loyal customer.For a luxury retailer, this level of detachment and lack of accountability is unacceptable.Never again.

Fastest delivery ever for my Louboutin
I ordered a Louboutin shoes without reading the reviews, and I m happy. After I placed an order I become curious to read the reviews, and after that I was extra nervous.. most of people talked about broken shoes or wrong models came to them, but I was lucky and I got my Louboutin Mamadrague flat ballets in just two days in excellent condition and quality. With the discount it was even more pleasant. Thank u to Savannahs, definitely I will order from there once again.

Impossible to return the shoes
I ordered Louboutin sandals, which are unfortunatelly too small. I am waiting for the return label since one week! Nobody is writing back, not answering my call. A disaster.

I ordered a pair of Sneakers thursday, and the following monday I had them delivered.New, nicely packed in the box with everything as expected.I were hesitant based on the reviews as I live in Denmark, and the shop is located in Sweden, so I couldn't just return them easily.All went fine, at first their support were a bit slow to answer, but when the ticket were picked up i got fast answers.
