I have been using Scan Computers since purchasing my Drobo, (raid device), way back in 2008, purchasing several more drives along the way to date.Always found them very competitive and their website easy to navigate.The crunch, with many companies, is when something goes wrong and how they deal with it.I recently had to return one of the drives owing to a fault - a Western Digital 3.5" Sata HDD, (under guarantee for repair or replacement).Scan forwarded the drive on to WD's supplier for analysis and they confirmed the fault.Unfortunately, WD had no stock available. Several weeks passed by, with no replacement from WD's supplier available. Scan duly gave me a full refund, which enabled me to purchase the Seagate equivalent from them.Drobo is up and running again !Great customer service.P.S. At every stage of the process Scan kept me informed via e-mail. Well done.

You don't get better customer service than this

Bought guitars here before, brilliant service and excellent set-ups the way you want them. Har a recent problem. It was my grandsons birthday and I bought him a bass to use in the school band. I chose the right bass for him, paid for it, had it set up and despatched all in the same day. DPD have had it in their hub for 11 days and can't find it ( tall story ). That's when Scan staff came into action, they let me choose another bass, set it up and even threw some freebies in for the problems I had been having with DPD. I can;t praise Scans Customer service team enough, they went above and beyond to sort DPDs problem out. A big shout out for Victoria B who treat me with such care and compassion. THIS IS THE PLACE TO BUY SAFELY.

I have used Scan for many years

I have used Scan for many years, they always dispatch quickly and items arrive in excellent condition very quickly.Whenever I have needed help they always assisted with excellent service (one time i ordered the wrong GPU and they went out and got the parcel back).

3XS Warranty Repair

My 3XS system developed a fault with the GPU after 2 years of use. Luckily I was still under my 3 year warranty and they promptly booked it in for a repair. During the inspection they found that multiple parts were faulty and quickly replaced all of them with no hesitation. My 4090 was out of stock and they sourced a brand new one.The customer service was beyond helpful and kept me up to date with the repair process. It took just under 2 weeks given that it was the bank holiday to fully repair my system. I could have not asked for a better experience.I highly recommended Scan, especially their 3XS systems as they provide an exceptional service and warranty.

Scan - reliable for advice & service

I knew what I wanted today, as I have just received the same Adam Audio Sub8 at our other studio. All monitors are now Adam Audio. But for some reason, Braintree wouldn't process my order. It wouldn't authorize the payment. I went through PayPal and it went through immediately. Otherwise, it would be 5 stars. I know I'll have to wait, as you don't carry these Subs in stock, but we have relied on Scan to fulfil our video and audio needs for at least 20 years. The service and advice is reliable.
