Quality has declined , scent doesnt last long anymore , and is now too expensive for what it is . Their warmers are nice but again become too expensive unless they have a mega sale on. As for their new edition of the candles at 40 pounds ! Is ridiculous! ...get better quality wax from people who make their own wax . I found one whose quality of wax, scent throw and all products outshine scentsy . Scentsy have gone massively downhill!

Although the wax burners are lovely in there self, but the wax didn't seam strong mild smell iv have used different fragrances the only ones strong was xmas ones,and quite expensive

I have the baby grand piano warmer and it started sparking and almost caught fire where the cord goes into the mechanism that holds the bulb.. since they have a lifetime warranty on their warmers I called them up and apparently I have to pay $10 for the other warmer that I picked out.. They only gave me a $35 credit. They don’t taken into consideration inflation. The price of the warmers went up a little bit since I had purchased the grand piano warmer.. I thought a “lifetime warranty “ ment they replaced my broken warmer not made me pay a difference for another one, and I still have to send my old warmer back.. what a rip off

Well since scentsy wants to try and remove my review let's do it again. This company is one of WORST in all of IDAHO maybe even the west side of the US. You can work for them for years. Be one of the TOP employees in your department and they will up and fire you if you are over the age of 50. Last year they cut between 50-100 employees 99% being above the ages of 50. Only reason I know is someone i know was layed off and they GAVE this person a list of everyone they layed off with their ages and how long they were at the company. These people have made BILLIONS since they started and couldn't even give them a bad severance package it was AWFUL not even enough for 2 months off of work. This company also treats its employees like complete garbage and they reward stupidity. The co workers of this person I know would show up to work late almost EVERY day, would leave EARLY multiple days a week and these. You can do whatever you want at that company if you are MORMON. If you are not MORMON, you will be treated like garbage because youre not part of their culty club. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. absolute joke of a company. Thanks Scentsy for trying to remove my other comment! I will be back if you would like to remove this one as well!!! You deserve less than 1 star.

The wax melts when first added to the warmer smell incredible, this smell probably lasts for 6-10 hours max.....The lamps also fail quickly, constantly having bulbs blow then the lamp itself doesn't turn on.....100% recommended going back to the original tea light method personally. Overall, very disssapointed in the Scentsy products along with there customer service.

Tried to order some wax, but apparently because they ran out of "free gift bags" which you can't remove from the order, it wouldn't let me buy anything. Tried several times and it just kept saying "sorry, this isn't available so we've removed it from your basket" only, it hadn't removed it at all and you can't do it manually so means you can't actually order anything. Absolute toilet of a website, I see the general reviews for scentsy are pretty bad now and when you include bot reviews that shows a real terrible product and a terrible team. Waste of time, I'll go try someone elses wax, someone whos website actually works.

The worst company. This company makes lots of promises and does not keep any of them. I was sellling and in the middlle of a party my account was canceled and I could get my pay. I went round and round with the Portal company and if I wanted payment I had to pay an extra $9.00 to mail a check!!!!

I’ll start with saying you can’t leave a review on scentsy. It says we can’t submit your review at this time. For the dashing through the pines, The lights have flickered on and off or just went off and would stay off until I turned it off and back on by the switch. Waiting for a return label for over a week now. Just don’t even waste your time or money. I sent in a video of it doing this and was told “they can’t see the video”

I placed a large order in their recent sale with my new Scentsy consultant.They decided to change couriers without giving customers the choice. I have always had UPS deliveries with no problem but this time they sent by DPD. DPD is less than useless in this area and never deliver, either losing parcels or dumping at a Post Office with no option to choose. My delivery was dumped at a Post Office where I had to pay parking charges and struggle with a very heavy box. The contents were damaged and they just do not care !

I placed an order and it had been sitting in a warehouse since September 25 with no updates. Numerous calls to scentsy and no action was taken and was told nothing could be done until the first part of November. After many more calls I was finally issued a replacement order that was issued a week ago. Today they finally have a tracking number which means I will still be waiting another 2- 3 weeks for my order. Scentsy claims to care about the customers needs but this order has shown they do not care. Considering the prices I think they could do better to accommodate customers when packages sit in warehouses collecting dust. My rep went above and beyond to try to help but she can only do so much. Come on scentsy. I'm sure you can do better.
