December 9, 2025 order still pending
I ordered a jacket on December 9, 2025. As of today's date, I still do not have so much as a shipping confirmation. Many attempts were made to resolve this matter. In late January, I was told I would have the product by the end of February if I would agree to wait that long. I agreed. March 3, still no shipping and a promise to get back to me. March 12 I followed up and was told it would be discussed with the team. Still no shipment, still no response. This just covers the poor service. As for the quality of the clothing, I have bought from them in the past. The quality is decent, but a far cry from what you are paying. They charge Armani prices for Alfani quality. When I asked about a refund, they said store credit. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company if needed. I will never do business with this company again.

I bought a suit Jan 18 , 2026 and it’s now Feb 27 , 2026 no suit they say they don’t do refunds just store credit a rip off company if you messed my order up I ask for refund ! Why would you think I would pay you more money for a suit . Stay away they are thieves!!!!!!!!!

NEVER BUY FROM THEM
NEVER BUY FROM THEM. Especially custom. They just get it so wrong. It was $500 to tailor just to make it wearable and it's still no good. $1700 down the drain. Won't make refunds and will get hostile when you call them out for poor service.

I placed my order Nov 8, the shipping label was created Dec 1 2025, UPS never received the package. I called multiple times and left several voice messages with no reply I wished I saw these reviews before I placed the order
