Terrible Customer Experience

I bought a trial to test out their product. It didn't do anything for me and I didn't want to buy more, but they charged for an expensive subscription renewal with no advance notice. I only received an email AFTER the charge went through. This is very customer-unfriendly and also shows a lack of transparency to not remind customers, especially trial customers, when they're about to get charged. Customer service refused a refund.

Is Seed Safe To Use?

Seed products are not safe to use.In my opinion and based on my experience I would not consider Seed Probiotics safe to use. I contacted support before my order shipped, and the representative shared they were completely unable to make changes to existing orders. Therefore Seed must not maintain control of their supply chain and their products should not be trusted. I cannot think of another explanation to this predicament.I no longer trust or use seed and discarded my last order of supplements, especially since they originally arrived damaged. This is coming from a long time customer who is now vehemently anti-seed. I have cancelled other services and stopped shopping at stores that partner with seed or sell seed products. ---------------------------------Seed response: "Hi there—thank you for taking the time to share your experience.We want to clarify that Seed manages its own fulfillment process; however, once an order has been processed, we’re unable to make changes or cancel it as it moves quickly through that system. That said, your concerns around your order and product experience are important, and we’d really like to take a closer look.We weren’t able to match this review to a specific account, but we’d genuinely like to help get this sorted. If you’re open to it, please reach out to us at (seed email) with the name and email linked to your account, and our team will review everything more closely and support you directly."Hi Seed team. I know you can't match me to my order and that's on purpose. I truly do not care about the money, I care that you have done the wrong thing.At least in my case "Moving quickly through our system" did not apply. It sat without being fulfilled for 4 days, so I truly find it hard to believe that you couldn't make changes to said order. I received different responses from different representatives. The first said it was impossible to make changes, it simply couldn't be done as you lack control over fulfillment. The second stated it was against your policy to give refunds. Those are wildly different answers.So which is it? Generally speaking, If you can't display control over in-house fulfillment and your customer service reps, how can I trust the products you manufacture? I'd also like to add that you responded significantly faster to this trust pilot review than my contact submission. Gee I wonder why!Finally, if I did choose to reach out to your team, what would you do differently this time? How would you make it right after your clear commitment to doing the wrong thing? Just look at your trust pilot reviews. You are in the wrong and have been in the wrong for a long time. ————————————-2nd UpdateSeed has flagged my review to ask for my info after I have made it clear I don’t want to discuss this anywhere but TrustPilot. They chose to flag it instead of responding to me publicly. It was flagged even faster than their original response! Why won’t you share how you plan to make it right, here in plain view? Do you sincerely believe someone would go to this length if they hadn’t been wronged by your company?TL;DR I used to love SEED and now hate it due to series of (ongoing) negative experiences.

take video and pictures

This has been one of the most dissatisfying experiences when ordering the seed product. The first order was wow with the nice packaging bottles. However, what a disappointment when receiving my first auto ship, not once but twice! The first time, I contact them I told them how bad the pills came most of them broken, but yet I paid full price. Shame on me I didn't take pictures or video. All I was told was that probably the shipping company mishandled the product. They never offered to send me a replacement, only to provide some credit, because they don't take returns. I then emailed them to cancel my subscription, yet they fail to apply my cancelation, they said I needed to click on each individual order and cancel them. So, they auto ship me a second order after I had canceled! But the second time, I took videos when opening my product, yes 3 packages with damaged pills, when I emailed the response was; thank you for notifying us we will get back to you in 2 days. They got back to me with and offered to give me my money back! this was the email I received when asking for a refund!While our risk-free guarantee covers the first 30 days after delivery, refunds apply only to the first order within that period. Subsequent shipments—including those billed, paid, or shipped during the same 30-day window—aren’t eligible for refund under the policy.Additionally, we’re unable to accept returned products, as we cannot reuse them once they have been shipped, even if they remain unopened. That said, we hope you might consider sharing the product with a friend who may find it helpful.If there’s anything else I can assist with or if you’d like help managing your subscription moving forward, please don’t hesitate to let me know. Scam scam scam!

Scam scam scam!This review is about this subscription service website. The site is set up so that with one innocent seemingly non commital button click, you are all of a sudden enrolled into a subscription with auto charge before being able to review and confirm purchase. Terrible deceitful and misleading website. I am sure they plan and design it that way so they can steal your money and charge your card the second the button is clicked. However, you have to wait more than 48 hours just for a response from the company to your inquiry. They’re happy to take your money. That’s about all the site is.

I use seed for about two years

I use seed for about two years. Was happy with the product. I found out one day that I had been accruing points that could be used towards trials of products. It was a simple click the button use the points they send you the trial. I had enough for three different product trials. So I tried three different products. Nowhere during this process, they did say it was going to set me up on auto shipment and auto pay for those three products. Next month I get charged $140 for those three products and when I reached out to seed customer service, they told me that it was stated very clearly on all of their products that it is an auto ship and we’re not willing to even try to understand where I was coming from so I canceled it all. Poor company practice that seems shady means there’s more shady going on behind the scenes. I now take AG one and I’m happy with that product

It works great and support team have been very helpful

Really don't understand all the negative reviews as my experience has been great!Joined the monthly program – started taking it once a day, then tried twice a day as suggested (but my stomach found that way too much). Went back down to once a day which is perfect and emailed support to update my subscription to once every two months and they did.

My husband and I have been taking seed over 1 1/2 years. I also added the daily vitamin to my regime and I’m so happy with the results. People notice your clear skin etc. **one negative opinion is vitamins break open easily(I’ve had 4 ) when shipping maybe you should improve packaging as I hate to waste.

They charged me $255 for 6 months of…

They charged me $255 for 6 months of capsules and did not delver them before the previous supply was depleted. Had they arrived on time, I likely would have continued the subscription though there has been no noticeable difference in my health. I asked for a refund 11 days after they took my money, but they said the shipment was on its way and they don’t give refunds or accept returns. The company is a sham and i was a fool for taking their supplements for as long as I did. Disappointed.
