The product is great but when you place an order and only get one out of two then customer service is not in their vocabulary, They never answer the phone, have to leave multiple messages, never a call back. Email must be manned by a robot as it will only say we shipped the item and the post office has delivered so YOU go and file a report with USPS. Not our problem. I dare say any reputable company with morals would do that paperwork on THEIR end and just ship to me what I did not receive.

I purchased an item that their website would be sent to me in 4-7 business days. One MONTH went by and they never sent it. Every time I emailed them, they just said they're forwarding my concern to the appropriate team. Their phone number goes to a voicemail, which no one ever called back. I ended up requesting twice for them to just cancel the order (after waiting for a month). I ultimately had to contest the charge with my credit card.

The worst customer service I've had in a long time. Charged me additional $ even though I didn't complete the return/exchange I was considering. Had to turn it over to my Credit Card company.If they spent as much time listening to their customers as they do responding to these reviews, they'd be a better company. Avoid!1/12/26I see that the company has issued the same cut and paste reply to my comment that they have submitted for many others. Trust me - I did reach out to them before posting (several times) and they did nothing to settle the conflict.

I was stupid enough to order 3 bras. They are all too small.I tried calling, left a message, of course no return response. I called twice and left messages; no one ever called back. First red flag.I finally found the website, tried this company to return them for a larger size. It was refused. Second red flag.Apparently return policy starts day ordered, not arrived. It took longer than a week to receive these tiny bras. Third red flag.The return fee having paid, was charged seems null and void. Fourth red flag.I will ensure the internet and everyone knows that your company is fraudulent! Just sends inadequate goods.

The item I received was too small and they will only do an exchange for a medical reason. I don't need the garmet now that I am past the surgery point. I also purchased the free return coverage which provides me with nothing as they still want to charge me for the shipping and handling to send it back. If you go anywhere on their website, you can't even find out information about the return coverage fee. Calling customer service only allows for you to leave your order number and email address. I will NEVER recommend or use this company again and will also advise my plastic surgeon's office to stop recommending for patients.

There’s no customer service. Good luck trying to email or chat with someone. If you return an item, you are only getting an in-store credit. There’s no refund go somewhere else where there’s actually customer service and where you can get your phone money back if you don’t like something.Your response to email you is BS. I’ve called multiple times, emailed and try chatting to get someone to talk to and no one. Your company is a joke.

You cannot return item unless it's for an exchange or for store credit. The material is cheap. I got a much better product on Amazon for half the price and was able to return it if I needed to. The sizing chart was completely off for the post surgical bra that I needed. I would shop else where.

First they boldly claim to take returns back within 14 days, however pay attention to the small print that it’s only for store credit! Good luck getting in tiuvh with anyone to help. I do not recommend purchasing from this company.

This company is a scam. They take your money, "claim" the item shipped and provide a tracking number that has zero movement. Then have the nerve to have your refund go through several stages before it's even considered to be returned. You can not call to speak to anyone, as the only option is to leave a voicemail and they'll get back to you; but don't. They have a "live chat" with no one responding and still don't get back to the sent messages. They come up with excuse after excuse for your money to be refunded, for weeks and weeks to continue passing.

This "shop" is a scam!! Paying for expedited shipping does absolutely nothing, it still takes over a week to be delivered. Wrong size, something wrong with the product, too bad you're stuck with the shitty product as they have zero return policy. You can only exchange or get a gift card for another shitty product as if that's what anyone wants! Never again!! Save your money and go elsewhere!!
