Poor quality will not last …
Ordered a shed from sheds co uk 8'x5 holts 8'x5 shiplap. Shed came 2 weeks later and 2 men put it together looked okay till you get up close. It's not shiplap what was on website. Back panels assembled okay sides and front panels good side inside shed. Looks like blind people have put it together. I've had to put mastic into holes where knots have fallen out nails coming through roof where they have missed

Found shed left on driveway, whilst I was in the house waiting for delivery
Had a shed delivered this morning...booked my little one into nursery early so that I wouldn't miss the delivery. Realised the truck was outside so went down to greet them. Found the shed on the driveway blocking the garage door where I intended to ask them to unload, and the driver driving off. No attempt to knock on the door and the shed could easily have been stolen. Contacted customer service and the response is "The driver has delivered the item to a safe place for you. I'm sorry that you need to move the item to access the garage." Absolutely gobsmacked. Currently nervous in case the shed quality matches the customer service.

Good customer service
Shed delivered in good time. One of the panels had minor damage which I reported. I was contacted by Wendy Shepherd, Head of Operations, who arranged next day delivery of a replacement panel.

Check the sizing
The first thing to say is that the ordering process and speed of delivery were good, although it arrived on a lorry on two pallets. The lorry didn’t have a crane so the pallets needed to be unloaded with a sack truck, which was far from ideal and quite unsafe.The shed was quite well made and I had bought a plastic base to put it on. When I started to erect the shed I soon realised that it was too small. I’d ordered a 15 x 9 shed and put the plastic base down to accommodate it, but the shed was falling well short of 15 feet. It was actually measuring 14’ 4”? I emailed customer services and was told that it was because the shed was measured in metric. I said that even if I measured in metric it was still short, then I was told that the manufacturer could round up or down on the size. I said that I very much doubt whether the manufacturer ever rounded up!! After a lot of communication back and forth and obviously talking with a complete numpty I had a choice to make, return it and all the inconvenience that would entail or accept that it was 200 mm short and make the best of it. In the end I decided that it was too much hassle to return it. I just want to make people aware that the sizing is not correct and you don’t necessarily get what you order.The height of the shed isn’t great either. I ordered a pent shed and at the low end it is barely high enough to stand in. The door entrance is extremely low and both me and the person helping to build the shed have sore heads to prove it!! I am currently looking at buying additional materials to enable me to raise the height of the shed and doorway.There were not enough screws in the pack that came with the shed to complete the build, so I ended up having to go into town and buy some more from Screwfix.All in all I am not happy with the shed as it is in its current state and will have to modify it. As always, you get what you pay for and this has been pretty poor.

Rude and sarcastic customer service.
The shed was quite delayed and when contacting the customer service team they were extremely rude, sarcastic and unhelpful, quite a bad experience. As for the shed it is ok, although it is already starting to rot a bit and I've had to get someone to do some remedial work on the wood.

Shed Base Kit
Needed a shed base kit for a new summerhouse but needed a variation on the brackets as the summerhouse has a corner layout.Contacted Ben, who was extremely helpful and contacted the manufacturer who accommodated the change with no fuss or delays to the delivery. Outstanding service from all involved.Thanks Ben

Initial problems resolved by excellent customer service
We had some problems with what was delivered to us from the manufacturer but Wendy was absolutely brilliant from beginning to end and even sorted out compensation for alternative items that we independently sourced, excellent customer service. We now have a completed shed that we are very happy with.

Would really recommend this company
Would really recommend this company. When we ordered our shed, we was given a choice of delivery dates to suit. Gave us a time slot day before which was met. The product which we put together ourselves was good value and looks great, very happy. Also bought a base which on arrival realized we didn't need so got in touch with company and they arranged to pick it up and refund given. The whole process was very smooth with Wendy Shepherd whom I was corresponding with, was so helpful and prompt with replies great customer service. Would definitely recommend.
