Wrong hinges caused problem
The hinges that came with the mini-greenhouse are thicker than those shown in the assembly instructions. This meant that my joiner (who assembled the frame) had to chisel a rebate in the main frame uprights to accommodate, and allow the doors to close. Extra labour cost.Minor irritation in that the price of the mini-greenhouse has dropped £35 in the week following my order.

Please don’t buy a shed from here
Please don’t buy a shed from here. The quality is so poor and it is soaking inside from the rain coming through. Customer services just advise it needs a sealant putting on (which it doesn’t say when you order) but even after doing this the water still comes through. Really poor quality and poor customer service, so disappointing.

Shed started warping within two days of…
Shed started warping within two days of installation, rendering it not watertight — completely unacceptable for a brand new product.What followed was a textbook example of poor customer service: deflection, generic responses, and an attempt to hide behind the manufacturer and vague references to “Trading Standards” rather than take responsibility as the retailer.Instead of resolving the issue, they tried to shift the burden back onto the customer and avoid their legal obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere.
