I was disappointed to have my shelter tarp tear at seam after only a few months, but it was quickly resolved. I'm not looking forward to putting another tarp on, but I am glad it is being replaced. Your staff was polite and helpful.

What started off a little quirky turned out okay. I used their contact form and the email link on their website, but got no response. When I contacted them again, I was told there was no email from me in their system. So once I repeated my issue and question a third time, a very nice person named 'Lynn' helps me with the issue, gave me the info I needed and placed an order to fix the problem.

Kelly was probably the nicest customer service person I have ever worked with (no joke). She helped me to identify some missing parts for a livestock corral and got them shipped off quickly. Great experience!

I am a stickler for best price but we have some urgency so I priced ya'll out vs an alternative and I liked your set up better. My boss and Laura had talked about a certain unit and I really needed it at a lower price point. Well went to close on that and THEN boss has me verify the dimensions. So then its a whole new product line etc and they took my special 12.5% away. That was IMPORTANT TO US TO MAKE THE DEAL. Then there was shipping.She went the extra mile to meet my need of a lower price, even to cause the director to send a mass email. Then when there was no leeway from the supervisor on the product price, she at least helped me get the shipping down. Acknowledge her going the extra mile and it leading to us still doing business with ya'll. And then empower your reps to make deals when possible.

Hi, my fairly new sojag gazebo that I purchased from Walmart was damaged last winter due to extreme wind and snowfall. Walmart would not help and said that I was just a little over the warranty period. I contacted Sojag and I’m glad I did; Kelly G was so helpful, kind and considerate. She understood my situation and genuinely wanted to help me with my problem. She was extremely patient with me and was able to get me the replacement parts I needed.
