Very expensive and hidden costs
Very expensive and hidden costs. No way of selecting all duties and taxes paid though Shipito, even though looking at the shipment companies website (in my case I sent it with DHL) they offer that service if you ship directly with them. No way of knowing what tax will be added and their customer service isn't insterested in helping you. It was easy to use their service, but if I would have known how expensive it was going to be, I would have looked at another option (flying to the US to pick up my package would probably have been cheaper in my case 💀)

I will definitely use Shipito again!
I ordered a product from the U.S. that I had backed a year and a half earlier as part of a crowdfunding project. I had to provide an address in the United States for that which I have received from Shipito. The long wait was worth it—the delivery went smoothly.I was completely satisfied with Shipito: I was kept well informed at all times and even received photos of the package upon arrival. The entire process was transparent and reliable.I will definitely use Shipito again!

Helpful but not helpful
No return options, I had to buy a prepaid ticket by myself, on top of that an extra service for 15$ for shipito to attach the label on it, after that I was charged an extra 3.25$ processing fee and 1 effing $ for mailout - like just 3 money-grabbing extra services for nothing in my opinion.

They don't send to a forwarding…
They don't send to a forwarding service, and they don't tell you this before your packages are with them; terrible company.

My parcel never arrived
My parcel never arrived. I lodged feedback with your customer service - and after a protracted conversation, I only got the compensation of my lost item but not the refund of my shipment cost. How the parcel can be lost in transit I do not know. It makes me wonder how many people's parcels have been lost. Just look at your reviews on REDDIT. your track record is extremely bad.
