Purchased the sightseeing pass a few months ago for new york in June 2025. A few days before going i decided to pre book a couple of places and was met with a generic message saying that the company has ceased trading. I had received no email prior to this and no way of contacting them. I'm glad that I checked beforehand because we would have looked like a right pair of idiots. We had to spend another few hundred pounds with a different company. We lodged a dispute with our card company and today have received a full refund.. I urge anyone that has gone through the same thing to raise a dispute with this company to get your money back.

Had purchased previously in Jan 2024 and had minor issues regarding the airport transfer that was offered at the time but decided to purchase again for a trip in November 2025. The company has since gone out of business with not so much as an email notification. Currently pursuing a refund via credit card company. Extremely disappointing. I would say do not buy but the physically no longer allows you to and is ZERO help.

If I could give the NEW YORK SIGHTSEEING PASS a TRUE rating it would be MINUS 10 STARS. We have been totally RIPPED OFF, this site is a FULL ON SCAM, unfortunately I learnt the hard way, I booked a 2 day pass for 2 people, it cost me almost $600 US DOLLARS, & I have now found out I have lost all that money, & now have to find another $600 US if I want to go to all places I had planned to go with my 2 day pass, that is NOW WORTHLESS! 😭😭😭 I REALLY HOPE OTHER TRAVELLERS SEE THIS & NEVER USE THIS PASS SITE. NEW YORK SIGHTSEEING PASS. ☠️☠️☠️

I purchased multiple passes in March for an August trip. The first warning sign came in May when they removed the Statue of Liberty Cruise, followed by other major attractions like Top of the Rock. On June 19, the company filed for bankruptcy and shut down all customer service. Passes are now completely unusable, and refunds from the company are very unlikely. I was able to get a refund through my credit card - if you’re affected, try your bank or travel insurance. The company used to be legit, but due to its financial situation, I strongly advise avoiding them for now.

We booked 5 passes for New York. When we were in New York we tried to book to take the boat to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. However, we weren’t able to as the booking system was down, the lady who answered the call wasn’t overly helpful and became even less so when after promising to ring me back she failed to do so. Therefore, due to time restrictions we had to pay separately to take the ferry to the Statue of Liberty which cost us £100.35. We only ended up using 4 of the 5 passes we paid for as we had specifically kept 1 for the boat to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. They have failed to respond to my initial email of complaint and the follow up email.I work for a business where the client is paramount, no clients no business, unfortunately this company do not value their customers. Avoid!

I purchased a $200 New York Sightseeing Pass on June 7, 2025. The company has shut down operations without any notice or refund.I planned to use the pass in August, but now I cannot access the app or contact customer support. My bank denied my refund request, and the company is ignoring all emails. This is very disappointing and unacceptable. I hope this review warns others before they purchase.I’m still seeking a full refund.

DON'T TAKE THIS PASS!!! THEY PROMISE YOU SOMETHING THAT THEY CANNOT GIVE YOU. WE BOUGHT A 4-DAYS PASS FOR NEW YORK ON 21 MAY AFTER HAVING LOOKED AT THE ATTRACTIONS THAT WERE INCLUDED. UNFORTUNATELY, 2 DAYS AGO (14TH JUNE) WE WANTED TO SEE THE TOP OF THE ROCK AND ST.PATRICKS CHURCH AND FOUND OUT THAT THESE ATTRACTIONS WERE NOT INCLUDED ANYMORE.... WHEN WE BOUGHT THE PASS THESE WAS NOT MENTIONED WHICH IS THE FIRST THING THAT IS NOT FAIR). I'VE CALLED THE SIGHTSEEING PASS EXPLAINING MY CONCERN AND ASKED FOR THE MONEY BACK OF THE ATTRACTIONS WE COULDN'T VISIT. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE SENDING ME AN EMAIL THE DAY AFTER TO TELL ME WHAT DECISION THEY WOULD PROPOSE. NO EMAIL ARRIVED AND I FOUND OUT ONLY AFTER CALLING AGAIN THAT THE 4 DAYSPASS HAD BEEN REDUCED TO 3 DAYS AND THAT THEY REFUNDED ME 200 $ FOR 5 PERSONS (40 $ PER PERSON !!!!). THIS MAKES NO SENSE AND IS A BIG LOST FOR US. NOW, ON THE 4TH DAY WE CANNOT SEE ANY ATTRACTIONS ANYMORE.WITHOUT PAYING THEM. CHALOTTE MEI, THE SUPERVISOR, ONLY MADE THE INTEREST OF THE COMPANY AND NOT THOSE OF THE CUSTOMERS. BUY OTHER PASSES.

Disappointing experience – attractions removed and no supI purchased the Sightseeing Pass for New York because it included several attractions I was really interested in, such as the 9/11 Museum, Top of the Rock, and One World Observatory. However, once I arrived in New York, I found out that these attractions had been removed from the pass, without any prior notice. This made the pass much less valuable than what was advertised at the time of purchase.I was only able to use 4 out of the 7 attractions included, and I contacted customer service to request at least a partial refund, but I never received a reply. No assistance, no explanation, no transparency.I feel misled, and I find it unacceptable that attractions can be removed even after purchase, while the customer is already traveling. I strongly advise against buying this pass: the list of included attractions can change at any time, and the customer support is completely unresponsive.

❌ A Total Scam – DO NOT BUY the London Sightseeing Pass ❌This “Sightseeing Pass” is an absolute scam. It’s dishonest, misleading, and a complete waste of money. It promises access to a long list of major London attractions — but in reality, many of them don’t even recognise the pass, and some have never been affiliated with it in the first place.Case in point: St Paul’s Cathedral. We went there only to be told point-blank by staff that they are not affiliated with The Sightseeing Pass, and that they’ve repeatedly asked the company to stop falsely advertising them as a participating attraction. The staff literally said, “They’re lying about who they work with.” That’s a massive red flag.It gets worse. We also tried to use the pass with Big Bus Tours, and the attendant told us they haven’t seen anyone use this pass in ages. We were met with confusion and apologetic shrugs at multiple places because no one knew what this pass was or whether it was still valid.Booking issues? A nightmare. Most attractions require time slot bookings due to capacity limits — but this pass gave no way to book them. The booking portal didn’t work. We tried online, we tried in person, nothing worked. It left us locked out of most of the major experiences we’d paid for.Customer service? Non-existent.We’ve sent emails, submitted help requests, even tried social media. No response. No apology, no assistance, no refund. Nothing. They take your money and vanish. It’s appalling.⸻Summary: • ❌ False advertising — major attractions like St Paul’s are not included despite being listed. • ❌ Big Bus Tour doesn’t recognise it anymore. • ❌ No way to book major attractions — making the pass useless. • ❌ Zero customer support or communication. • ❌ A clear and intentional scam.⸻Please don’t fall for this like we did. Spend your money elsewhere — look at Go City, The London Pass, or just buy tickets directly from the venues. This company is deceitful, and people need to be warned.
