Comfortable and warm
To be honest I never thought i would need the M57 until i got it. Its simply amazing. Really comfortable and my back breaths better.Apart of that, the customer service is super nice, and the delivery was fast.

Great Sihoo M18
Purchased the Sihoo M18 around 12 months ago. What a great chair, very comfortable. I spend about 12 hrs per day in the chair and I've never felt any back pain. Highly recommended.

Small problem, but great support
I had a small problem with my chair and asked Sihoo for assistance. They not only replied within couple of hours, but we so kind and responsive that I couldn't believe it's true. I also run a support team, but Sihoo support is next level. Thanks team for resolving my issue in no time!

Terrible shipping, do not bother.
My package was returned TWICE because their courier claimed my address was incorrect an address that is perfectly valid. Their shipping process is an absolute mess. In the end I had no choice but to cancel my order entirely. I'm not going to keep chasing a package that clearly will never arrive. Do yourself a favour and find a webshop that actually knows how to ship an order.

Great and comfortable chair with good characteristics and easy to assemble
I'm so glad I bought a SIHOO chair. First of all, the company helped me a lot because I had an inconvenience with my first order which maybe get lost. Once I wrote an email to know something more, they answered me in a so very quick time and arranged for a replacement! They have been always there to help updating me with many mails! They have been so professional, very kind and so prompt to reaching me out and that' s why I thank them a lot!About the chair, it has been simple to assemble, I read all the instructions, followed them and I had no problem with that. All the stuff was very well organised inside the box.I chose the M102C and, while I' m writing this review, I' m sitting on it...fabulous! The seat cushion is very comfortable, the adjustable lumbar support relaxes my back a lot and the chair is also reclinable! I like it so much! I like the material too so I really recommend it!
