This is our second Simba mattress
This is our second Simba mattress, pillows and duvet purchase. Happy to say our son loves it as much as we love ours. The only downside is we weren’t able to get the bedding set for his bed, I love that they put a label to show you which way it all goes on the bed - it’s the little things.

Fantastic
Web site was very easy to navigate and compare between products. The next day delivery was fantastic, I ordered by 13:00 and it’s was delivered about the same time the following day.

Third mattress in 9 years. Don't buy
We first bought the Mattress 9 years ago. We are on our third mattress. Whilst the customer service was great in replacing it twice because the mattress had failed (sunken), the third mattress has done the same. My first part of this review, is do not buy one. My father-in-law also bought one and had exactly the same issues. They have great marketing and advertising and a poor product. this is our third mattress and exactly the same has happened. You literally have to rotate this mattress every week. I am only 78kg, my wife is less. The second part is that I have now had issues with customer service. Their 10 year guarantee only replaces your mattress twice (they don't tell you this). I have now been told I will only get a partial refund. How am I meant to get a new mattress with a partial refund? This may only be 10% of the original price which was £700. That means £70. Plus, I have to send the mattress back. I can't even use the money for a quality mattress topper. Overall, buy a good quality mattress that is not one of these hybrid memory foam ones.

Outstanding!
I’ve been sleeping on my Simba mattress for three years now, and I honestly can’t fault it. Often, mattresses start to sag or lose their support after a year or two, but this feels just as comfortable as the day I bought it. If you’re wondering if it’s worth the investment: Absolutely. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one!
