First week going great!
We've just gotten started with this texting program to send short reminders for our 300 members each week! Our first week went AMAZING! Everyone at ST has been very helpful with my questions, and the ease of use is outstanding. Best of all, our members don't have to download another app. Now, to just come up with short and sweet texts--I may be a little wordy!

Once I got past the AI setup
Once I got past the AI setup, everything came together quickly. The issue was resolved right away, and I was up and running—sending out my first texts within 30 minutes. Looking forward to seeing what this system can really do.

SimpleTexting deserves 5 stars
SimpleTexting deserves 5 stars. The solution works exactly as promised. Documentation and explainer videos got us going fast. The support team are realIy experienced people - I wish every Internet-based service worked as well as SimpleTexting. For no-code automation fans, there is a Make module ready-to-use. I use ST for charter school enrollment marketing and it's been a game changer. Their WebUI and mobile app make it just as easy to manage broadcast SMS as it is to engage one-on-one (which we do, often). The office staff was able to use the SimpleText inbox with no training whatsoever.

I actually did it.. with Christine's help :P lol
I had a bad issue with a previous list that had almost 98% invalid numbers. It was crucial to be able to make this text blast campaign work. Christine was patient and very knowledgable. She instructed me and even explained why certain functions were not available or why they had limits, like the daily limit for sending texts that renews after 24hrs. I appreciate that she waited for me to try and troubleshoot the problem until we fixed it.
