I purchased a single specialty tire…
I purchased a single specialty tire from simple tire and have been extremely disappointed. There communication post purchase has been limited to wanting a review.. they shipped the tire raw with no wrapping or protection at all which implies to me that 1) the tire is actually NOT NEW and 2) the tire is probably damaged in transit. The installation is supposed to be at my location but it’s been 2 weeks and I have no tire, no installation and no communication regarding install status. Simple tires may be cheap and you get what you pay for….crappy customer service and questionable product. The only way I was able to speak to a live person was the demand a refund. Maybe the company is better than this but until I get my tire and install they remain a scam in my mind.
