I thought I ordered a skin like I had on my old MacBook Air, which covered the top and the bottom of the computer. From the pictures I could not tell I was only getting the top. I wanted to return it, but they were unresponsive.

I requested a return label
I requested a return label. Noone ever responded to my request. I thought I ordered a case for my phone. I can't use the skin. I still would like to return it for a full refund.

No happy customer here
I uploaded a Pic bought a custom case, it came blank. Your customer service is horbs. I tried to call no response. I emailed. I talked to no human. I paid 20 bucks to return it ups because the united states postal service sucks. I paid 5.99 to ship it to me. I got 27 dollars less than I paid. Never using your company again. I was happy in the past. Plus I was gonna just keep it blank. It ended up being the wrong phone case. U lost me as a customer.

Very nice quality
Very nice quality. I paid extra money for fast shipping and took over a month to receive.. I called and left over 4 voicemails and emails and never heard back once.
