Great refund service

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses from them but they arrived broken which was upsetting, however, they’re processing a full refund to me and offered to reship them free of charge.

I would avoid if I were you, I wish I had.

I paid $25 for expedited shipping and it took them two weeks to get my non-prescription frames to my house. I asked them to refund the shipping since the timeline did not honor what I paid, for they refused saying that expedited shipping timelines are not guaranteed. On top of that, the glasses I received did not look like the ones I ordered. They had some differences and were very poor quality. With that said, I believe that you get what you pay for but in this case, I certainly didn’t even get what I paid for it with $25 expedited shipping. I do not recommend purchasing from here. Their customer service is absolutely frustrating.

Don't use SLLAC!

Don't use SLLAC!! I purchased from them a few years back and didn't realize for about 6 months that they had the wrong prescription on one side (my eyes were compensating, so I didn't notice).

Ordered one month ago and glasses still not reshipped

I ordered eyeglasses one month ago and have not received them. Delivery to my apartment building apparently failed twice (I was home and received no notification that they’d tried delivering them). The tracker said they were being returned to sender. I wrote to Sllac, and they said the package would be redelivered, but I needed to provide a different mailing address. I did so, and they said the glasses would be reshipped, but they haven’t yet - it’s been 16 days since failed delivery. The company is no longer responding to me via email, even when I’ve asked for a refund.

Don’t buy from SLLAC

Don’t buy from SLLAC. They are not transparent about shipping and duties. I was hit with a $20 duty fee months after my purchase and it was never mentioned when I was paying for shipping. Also the glasses are shit quality. They also do not allow for returns. Terrible customer service, they only care about making money

Bad return policy for online glasses

Bad return policy for online glasses. Offered me a one time store credit to return a pair. I had to pay to send them back. Picked a new pair. The lens were messed up and they told me I couldn't return them because they were purchased with a store credit. Then offered to send me new lens after I emailed them a bunch and said I have to pay for them to ship me the lens. Do not use them.

Refused refund after delivery failure — blamed me and avoided responsibility

I ordered two pairs of prescription glasses from SLLAC with express shipping and was promised delivery by July 11, 2025. The package got stuck in customs. FedEx called me on July 7, but I missed the call. They then emailed me on July 8 asking if the lenses were prescription, and I replied within two hours. Despite this prompt response, the package was never delivered, and without any further contact or warning, it was returned to the senderWhen I requested a full refund, SLLAC refused, claiming the glasses were “customized” and couldn’t be resold. They offered only a 50% refund (excluding shipping) or asked me to wait even longer for a possible resend. This feels unfair given that the product never reached me and I complied promptly with customs.To make matters worse, they were not honest about the package’s status — initially saying it had returned to their country, only to later admit it hadn’t arrived yet. When I asked for an updated delivery date, they ignored me for over a day and then gave vague, inconsistent answers.Overall, I’m extremely frustrated with their poor communication, lack of accountability, and disregard for customers. After exhausting all attempts to resolve this directly with SLLAC, I have initiated a chargeback through my bank to recover my money. It’s disappointing to have to take this step, but their refusal to provide a fair refund left me no choice. I won’t use SLLAC again and would caution others, especially for international orders, to be very careful.
