I ordered the trial package of Smalls…
I ordered the trial package of Smalls cat food and explicitly requested the exclusion of any bird-type food. Nevertheless, I received Bird Nip treats, which my cats refused to consume, along with the food. Furthermore, I did not consent to an auto-ship arrangement; however, the company enrolled me in this program without my approval. I reached out to customer service to request that they refrain from charging my credit card for the unwanted auto-ship, but they proceeded to charge me nonetheless. Consequently, I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges. This experience with the company has been exceedingly disappointing.

Food made for cats
I love that this product is designed specifically for cats and their dietary needs. My cat is a very picky eater.I am trying different things to get her to eat it. Once she is transitioned, I will order more smalls. I like that the smalls company is working with me to figure out what will work for my cat.

Be Home for Delivery/Good Food
I wasn't aware that the food had to be refrigerated immediately upon delivery so luckily someone was home. The box is obviously shipped with dry ice so it could wait a while but I don't recall having to be prepared for that delivery. Aside from that, my cat eased into the food and ate it. I appreciate this company's dedication to healthier cat food.
