I placed my order on May 5, 2025, for a Smart Nora product totaling $477. It has now been past several months, and I still have not received my order or any clear update on its status. I emailed multiple times, reported them to the BBB and still have no response. Avoid purchasing anything from them.

I ordered the Smart Nora in April 2025 and have never received the product. Initially, they kept postponing shipment. Despite several back-and-forth email exchanges, they stopped responding entirely once I asked for my money back.It’s now mid-October, more than six months since I paid, and I’m still out the full purchase price — no product, no refund, no response. I even attempted to dispute the charge with my bank, but the 120-day limit had passed by the time I realized they were not going to deliver.This has been one of the worst online purchase experiences I’ve ever had. The lack of communication and accountability is completely unacceptable. Unless Smart Nora resolves this immediately, I plan to file formal complaints with the FTC, BBB, and state consumer protection agencies, and I strongly caution anyone considering a purchase to think twice before trusting this company.

What a bunch of crooks, stole my money and ran!I had the 1.0 version and was looking for an upgrade so I went ahead and purchased the new version in April 2025. On May 23rd. I got a mail from Behzad (Co-Founder, Smart Nora) stating "....The good news: those uncertainties have now cleared up and we’ve secured our vessel — your order is now scheduled to ship by the end of June...".However, instead of getting my device as promised they went dark (Not even a courtesy email) and apparently filed for bankruptcy on July 11th.

I honestly think this company went bankrupt. At first, they were responsive and even sent me a replacement part, but after June 23rd they completely stopped replying. I returned my Smart Nora, never got a refund, and haven’t heard a word since.

I would give “0” stars if possible. I ordered the device in early March. It has been 5 months and I have not received it, and have been unable to contact anyone from this company via Phone, Email, Direct Message on Facebook and IG, and leaving comments on their Facebook page. Honest question, have they gone bankrupt?

The device didn't work well enough for me so I obtained a return authorization and sent it back. It has been over 2 months and I have not received the refund. Additionally they will not respond to my emails.

The device did not work for me so I returned the item as instructed during the allotted time frame and was approved for return by the company. It is a very annoying device and disturbed my sleep immensely. I was never given a refund. I called and emailed on several occasions and never heard back. I finally had to request a charge back from my credit card company. Beware! The return policy is not risk-free.
