Would give it 0. They are forcing parents that have already paid soccer registrations to buy jerseys 3 sizes too big because they have had distributor problems for the past 6 weeks. They don't care if the kids can't play because they don't have jerseys. They have 0 to remedy the issue over 6 weeks. Communication on the issue has been even worse. If I wouldnt have sent an email out asking for an update I would have never found out my son's jerseys wouldnt have been delivered by his first game. They don't care. They used too. Now theyre a big business that cares about their profit margins. The parents of the clubs that strictly work with soccer.com have to choose between paying foe something they don't need or waiting and having their kids potentially miss their season. Check your game schedule and the delivery. I cancelled. At this point, we have no use for the jerseys because their anticipated arrival day is 3/4 of the way into the season. Hold your distributor accountable. Find a solution. You can get purple jerseys. You just don't want to pay and cut into your profit margins.

New Balance Soccer Cleats 5.5
I bought some shoes tried them on. They didn’t fit. I sent them an email that I was returning them the next day. They replied with “that I the correct address to return the shoes to.” I went to the post office shipped the shoes back to them. Now they have the shoes and they have my money. I lost $151. “Can’t get rich by playing fair.”
