Many, many issues. Promised to ship Dec. 18th-21st, actually shipped Dec. 27th? The email I send on Dec. 22nd, asking for an update? Ignored! When our socks arrived they were supposed to have the faces of our two dogs on them. One indeed looked fine. However the other dog was just horrible. Her head was misshapen, her forehead much darker than in her real life, and (perhaps worst of all) she came out with a large red 'birthmark' right in the center of her head. Frankly she looked like the spawn of Satan. I wrote Sockologie. No reply. I tried the chat feature. No reply. It took a third message, threatening Better Business Bureau, etc, before I got a partial refund (they didn't refund shipping). And never an apology or reply at all. Frankly a simple "we are sorry" and I wouldn't be posting this - but they didn't reply to 4 messages, shipped late, sent a defective product, and only gave a partial refund?

I ordered 3 pairs of socks on December 2. They sent 2 pairs, and no communication about the others. I contacted them on the site they provide. They say they will answer within24 hours, but 3 weeks later, not a word. They charged me and just kept the money.

Ordered alot of socks and missing two. Sent emails after emails and no reply. Their customer service number doesn’t work. There is no customer service . Beware. Terrible business

Never received product! Had to give one star to even leave my review, but giving 0, as company never reached out to me after three emails were sent asking where my package was. Order placed 12-14 with standard shipping selected (5-7 business days) for a Christmas gift. Never received information on shipment being delayed, or that it may arrive after Christmas. Still have not heard from company regarding if the product has even been prepared to ship. I am very disappointed as this was supposed to be a special, personalized gift for Christmas and all other reviews seemed positive. Hopefully this is just my experience and no one else had to deal with this this holiday season. Would like a refund from the company, but have yet to hear back from anyone.

Ordered two pair of custom socks that looked so cute for Christmas. I was within their delivery window to make it in time. Unfortunately they have given me zero updates but I know they haven’t shipped and given Christmas is in 2 days I know they won’t make it in time. I have reached out at least 5 times and no one has helped me whatsoever with all of my emails except one not even getting a response. No phone number to call. Would absolutely not recommend this company. I’m really surprised as I feel like all of the other reviews I read were great and said they shipped fast.

Their shipping is ridiculous. Taking 3 weeks to get socks to someone especially closer to Christmas. Every other order I've placed even for custom items on Etsy have arrived. Package is arriving after Christmas, even after talking to them and asking to cancel if they can't fulfill it before Christmas. They just ignored it and sent it ridiculously late. Customer service is horrible as they haven't responded to me. I would avoid this company.

My Mother made dresses that match her socks, so she looks good head to toe. She like her socks to cover her legs as well as her toes this product does both quite well. Her socks have been washed several times and hold their color and style. Thank you Sockologie!!
