I’ve bought several items from Songmics…
I’ve bought several items from Songmics now from Amazon, and the value for money is consistently impressive. I initially tried their kitchen bin, and the build quality was remarkably close to what you’d find at John Lewis for double the price. Since then, I’ve added a few of their bamboo items to my home, and the quality of the bamboo is far superior to similar products from IKEA.The material feels denser and more premium, and the designs are thoughtful and modern. Assembly is always straightforward with clear instructions and a great fit for all parts. If you’re looking for functional, high-quality home essentials that look high-end without the premium price tag, Songmics is a fantastic alternative to the big retailers.

I absolutely love this storage bench!
I purchased an ottoman bench from Songmics (43" L Folding Storage Ottoman Bench) to replace an old, worn-out one I've owned for 8 years. The main thing I love most about this ottoman is the flip top. Half of the top flips up, so it is easier if an item needs to be retrieved. The old one is cumbersome because the entire top had to be removed to place or retrieve items. Also, this new ottoman doesn't have buttons. At first, I thought I didn't like that feature. However, after years of wear, if a button becomes loose, the entire unit has to be purchased to replace one button. For long-term use, it is better that there are no buttons on the top of the unit. Besides, the look is very elegant. I absolutely love this storage ottoman bench! Also, customer service is excellent! They were very helpful in resolving a minor issue. If you are looking for a storage ottoman, this is a great choice!

I had a very good customer experience…
I had a very good customer experience with Songmics.I received a trash bin model, but I realized it wasn’t the most convenient for my home and that I needed a larger one.I contacted customer service, and within one day they created a return label and processed the refund—even before the product had been received at their warehouse.

Very helpful
Ordered a couple end tables. Later that day realized they had another end table that fit my design and i liked better. I reached out they got back to me the next day and cancelled the first order then i placed the order for the ones i liked more. They look great in our place extremely satisfied. Took a while to put together the first one the 2nd one was a little quicker from the experience doing the first one

Great price for the product quick dispatch
Great price for the product and it was instantly dispatched. There was an issue in that a coupon was taken off at some stage (you needed to subscribe first) and I didn't realise, but this was sorted out by support so all was good.

Excellent customer service experience
I have quite a few Songmics items and always feel the quality is good for the price. This time I ordered a dressing table and after assembling I noticed one of the drawer fronts was damaged. I wasn't sure whether it had arrived damaged or if I had been a bit heavy handed when putting it together! I contacted them in the hope they may let me purchase a replacement and they quickly sent a new one out free of charge. Cannot fault the service at all and I will no doubt be ordering from them again.
