Love the bike. Well packaged, no damage. Do make sure you give it a once over. The dropper cable was not installed correctly. Instead of tensioning the cable correctly, the technician got a little lazy and backed the adjustment bolt out to its limit, which would’ve led to it failing, otherwise, the bike was well-assembled. I’m a mechanic, but if you’re buying this online and not from a bike shop, maybe spend a little cash and have it looked over. I’ve had it out on a couple of rides and am very happy with it. 4-stars instead of five only because the bike shouldn’t have left the factory with corners being cut. If you have to back the cable tension screw to its limit, just re-tension the cable.

Have no complants. They were the only co that had the bike and size I wanted, Shipped in about a week. Kept me informed on Shipping statues. Came in great condition. Easy to put together (minor tweks). All I ask for in a company.

Purchase was great, bike arrived as scheduled. Definitely look into where you get the bike delivered, it makes a big difference on the experience. Purchase was great.

I placed an online order, then immediately realized I had it sent to the wrong location. I called Specialized right away and while they were unable to edit the order and I needed to cancel and reorder, they did provide a discount code for my inconvenience that removed the destination charge (shipping). That was very thoughtful and much appreciated.

Shoe size is not true to size. I have been wearing, exclusively, Specialized brand cycling shoes since 2010. I have always worn size 44. I usually feel confident ordering size 44 from the Specialized site...as well as all other sites. However, the 2FO shoe, size 44 is more like a 43. I cannot wear them. I called Specialized Rider Care. They did nothing for me. I'm stuck with a pair of shoes I cannot wear. I am now reluctant to choose Specialized cycling shoes going forward.

I really loved the product I got, but I the shoes are smaller than how most normal sizes fit. These were in final sale so I can’t return them.

Great bikes, great dealership and great service. My new Turbo Vado SL2 rides well and handles better than my old Turbo Vado 4.0. I had questions about some features and the Specializaed support team had good answers.
