I just received a Hull model

I just received a Hull model. Extremely high quality for the price. Nicely finished case, clean, simple design, good solid bracelet. And the bombproof NH35 movement. I paid 169 all in , free shipping. I have Omega's and other luxury brands. I will wear this watch against those anytime .

Customer service is non existent and watch quality is poor

Purchased a watch and when it arrived, I was highly disappointed in the quality of it. It just looks and feels cheaply and poorly made. I contacted their customer service which took multiple emails over a week to finally get a response. They then told me I had to pay return shipping to Hong Kong which I was quoted an average of 100 bucks out of my pocket to send it back. So, save yourself the headache and hassle and do not buy a watch from spinnaker.

Spinnaker Hull broke twice in less than a year.

Purchased the Spinnaker Hull. Within a month it stopped working. Sent it back to Spinnaker under warranty for repair. It took over a month, but it was returned in working condition. Six months later, it stopped working again. Spinnaker is asking me to resubmit the claim all over again via their same robotic and impersonal email. They have all the info from the previous claim, but insist I start over. Attractive piece of junk and poor customer service. Won't be buying anymore Spinnaker watches.

Company responses take a long time

I purchased a watch on the Spinnaker website. It took them a long time to respond to my emails for follow up questions but they did finally responded and took care of the issue. I like the watch.

I own two spinnaker watches and they…

I own two spinnaker watches and they are absolutely beautiful. Except for when I broke the crystal and have tried repeatedly to offer to pay for a new crystal to be put on my watch. They are essentially non-responsive and only interested in selling you a new watch. This is a terrible way to do business and I continue to buy their competitors watches in spite of the fact that I really liked my spinnaker before I had this issue. My friend who recommended me to Spinnaker watches had a broken clasp on his watch and spinnaker suggestion was rather than to sell him a new clasp or to sell them a whole new band. He has subsequently had the band repaired by a local watchmaker and he also refuses to ever buy another spinnaker product again because of their terrible Service. Again, neither one of us were looking for anything for free. We were more than willing to pay for the parts.

My watch broke after about a year and a…

My watch broke after about a year and a half. I asked for a repair and got no response. I'm now outside the warrenty time frame and they do not have and access to repair services only warrenty repair. I really live the watch and it's only a hand that's come off and should be radiographer via this service but alas nothing and v no response despite numerous contact attempts. I have the hull chronograph watch. Great looking piece but now just a watch face with a dead battery and chrono hands sorting in the case. Very dissapointed.Purchased in 2022.

DO NOT BUY a Skeleton Piccard from Spinnaker!

Bought a Skeleton Piccard and had several issues. lost 10miutes a day and the dial was unreadable. Distortion against a domed crystal and busy dial was a terrible idea. Company said I had to ship it back to Hong Kong and give them a tracking number (even though it shipped locally and arrived in 3 days). The address they gave me lacked a zip-code and was returned to me, I went to UPS and was told the cheapest option was $248 to ship to Hong Kong. Bottom line: Terrible Company and a CHEAP watch. I'm out nearly $400 for cheap piece of junk. DO NOT BUY from this company. They do not stand behind their products!

Glass bezel cracked in one week band shot…

Glass bezel cracked in one week even though it wasn’t a daily wear and I’m careful with my watches. Orange band faded in days. Like others, I’d have to package and ship it to a “repair center”, not have it for 2 months, and have them tell me it would cost more to fix than I bought it for. And again - owned it for a week. Customer service sends the same robo message. Never again. I hope this comment and others on their socials is costing them more than just replacing my watch or refunding my money.

Poor Quality, Deceptive Support – Avoid Spinnaker

I purchased a Spinnaker Spence 300 and received a watch with multiple issues: - Sharp-edged bracelet links that were uncomfortable and unfinished - Severely misaligned bezel insert - Watch running +7 minutes per day — completely unacceptable even for a basic automatic movementDespite these problems, the watch came with a “QC Passed” sticker, which raises serious questions about their inspection process - or whether any QC actually happened at all.When I contacted Spinnaker support, they offered to replace the watch, but only after I returned the defective one, with no guarantee that the replacement would be properly inspected or sent under DDP Incoterms. I asked for a simple legal agreement to ensure I wouldn't be forced to pay import duties again or risk losing the €150 I already paid - they refused.This experience has been a total waste of time and money, and I’ve been left with zero trust in the brand. Spinnaker presents itself as a quality microbrand, but in reality it behaves like a low-tier operation with scripted support and no accountability.Save your money - there are far better brands out there who actually stand behind their products.

Extremely good experience

I bought a Spinnaker watch few weeks ago and FedEx did loose my package because they did place the package next to my door somewhere when I wasn't home.The support of Spinnaker was very quick and did assist very well.Spinnaker watch did send me a the same watch again.
