Beware Tariffs!
Beware Tariffs on international orders! I know this is a universal thing but they could issue a fair warning on their sight that international orders can expect to pay an extra 25% tariffs on top of their total. Lesson learned: Never order from the US again!

Exceptional customer service
This organization has exceptional customer service. I don't have my ski goggle inserts yet; I just placed the order. But I had a concern, I wrote to them, and I received a response about it from a real person in less than 24 hours. And they quickly resolved my problem. Shortly thereafter, I was then contacted by someone else there who cuts the lenses, and they asked me some questions to better fine tune the glasses to my needs. My overall sense was that they wanted to ensure that I got what was best for me, both in terms of product quality and cost. I've worn eyeglasses for almost 60 years, so I have enough experience with optometrists and such that I can speak authoritatively about their qualifications. I trust them to do well.

SUPERB COMPANY!!!
SUPERB COMPANY!!!Absolutely amazing customer service!! I was able to order a blank Hilco insert for my snorkel mask to ensure a good fit before I purchased a prescription insert. They sent me a prepaid return label for the blank insert, and my prescription insert is absolutely perfect!!! I am SO EXCITED to finally be able to snorkel and SEE!! I will forever recommend this company!!

GREAT SERVICE
GREAT SERVICE! I got my prescription diving mask completed and shipped within 10days. You cannot get that anywhere else. I have ordered glasses all my life. On average it takes about at least 2 weeks, then shipping will take about 4 weeks. I ordered this 4 weeks prior to my trip, they got it done within 10days and shipped. Expedited shipping, entries order processed and arrived to your door in less than 2 weeks. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST. I WILL BE ORDERING MORE.

Not The Best Exprience
A couple of things. First, my none of my orders show up in my "Orders" section of the Site after logging-in.I was told they are switching to a new Website and that this issue should be resolved, then.Secondly, the address placed on the order for the shipment was incorrect; and the order had to be shipped back to the company so they could resend it.I fail to see how this could be a problem on my end since I had to have the correct address for the credit card payment to be successfully processed.It also means that somewhere on their end they failed to verify the street address (which was missing the actual street name) before sending the package.

Amanda was sooo helpful… went above and beyond. Configured some goggles with Rx lenses for Burning Man. Had to consider many options/possibilities. She was exceptionally patient, meticulous, and friendly. Highly recommend!

Excellent product, outstanding customer service
I absolutely Love these swim goggles. The customer service was outstanding. I originally ordered the wrong prescription and they caught it and reached out to me repeatedly until we got it right! I'm extremely satisfied with the whole experience! And the goggles fit great and I can see perfectly in them when swimming!

Quick turnaround and excellent customer service
My son has a more challenging prescription and we were under a tight timeline to get the goggles so he could take them with to camp. Shannon at A Sight for Sport Eyes went above and beyond to help me navigate the process and get the goggles to me on time.
