Muted half of the world
One of the last updates makes listening unenjoyable, half of the songs is muted and in half of them muted words.... And for that from this month I paid more than before....

Reporting has a problem
I reported a problem (that should be 10 min max., but was 2 hours) they passed over my report between agents, the report link and form not worked (that should be 20 seconds otherwise), i was not able to choose what to report properly because of their bad form and link. There are a lot of abusive, harmful and negative pictures, lyrics and music at scale, which destroy people well-being mentally.

This app has way too many ads
This app has way too many advertisements. Its just music why do they need to add advertising every two songs? Can I not listen to music at my own free will without the constant interruption? I want to focus on studying and I am not going to willingly get scammed and pay their hefty price for monthly subscription. Spotify, your shares are still going down you do not make any profit so stop making your customers angry and make a proper app. Let people to listen to music without constant interruptions. Advertising is fine, but every 10 songs at least. Why am I getting ads every two songs? This app will go down the drain at this rate. Be better yeah

Don't sign up!
Don't sign up!! I did a 3 month trial and did not use it much. I wrote the renewal date on my calendar. I cancelled before that date, but customer service could not see it. Spoke with Maria Christina C on 4-9-26. She spoke to me like I was an idiot the whole time! I said "trial period" and she kept saying I agreed to the recurring billing. Useless company! If they get 11.99 from every person then I guess they'll stay in business until everyone is aware of how they do business

Spotify has been an amazing music…
Spotify has been an amazing music streaming service for me. The app is very easy to use, and I love how quickly I can find my favorite songs, albums, and artists.The personalized playlists and recommendations are excellent and always match my taste. Streaming quality is great, and I rarely have any issues with playback.Overall, Spotify makes listening to music enjoyable and convenient every day. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves music!

Spotify have to disgust me somehow i want to play a song and I wanna skip you say I can’t skip anymore because I skipped 6 times and I don’t use premium because I just don’t have the time it has too many ads like too many and it’s annoying and then I want to play a song I’ve been playing every time you give me other songs to play and I don’t even like those songs so just let me play my song for crying out loud….😒
