I really like that the food is organic, vegan, and gluten free! Some of the meals are tasty. The downside is that the plastic packaging (meal container lids and flimsy sauce containers with separate lids) often breaks ; this causes me extensive amounts of time to find the missing plastic shards so that I don't eat them. Unfortunately, there are many times I cannot find the plastic shards and have to toss the meal. I have reached out to Sprinly several times over the last few MONTHS and, while they are responsive (meaning that they respond promptly), they say the SAME thing every time, that Sprinly is exploring alternate packaging. Yes, Sprinly refunds the meals which have damaged packaging, but the broken packaging causes frustration as then I have one less meal available to me. While I would normally write a 5 start review, I am leaving a poor review due to the packaging.

I am in Nashville where we are experiencing power outages all over the city. Sprinly agrees to cancel my order for this week because I have not power and have been rescued by friends in a nearby town. I appreciate that they are real human beings with compassion!

I received my mails and all the meals and each of the meals was mixed together in mailing. The food was terrible. I called as soon as I received my mails, which were late that I didn’t want anymore. They would not allow me to cancel and kept my $109. The only option they gave me was to order another set of horrible meals. Don’t buy this brand.

I've tried most other prepared or ready to cook meal kits. Sprinly...hands down...is the best. The meals are all delicious (I'm not a vegetarian but these meals are better than anything else I've eaten..absolutely delicious. I highly recommend them and although the cost is a bit higher than other services.. I promise it's worth it.

First let me say the food is fantastic! I love the low sodium content. A lot of other food delivery companies boast about being healthy but their sauces are full of sodium. They have preservatives and added sugars. Sprinly delivers if you’re really looking for healthy. The food is real, fresh, without preservatives and added sugars. They have life sustaining food for living healthy lives. I enjoy the healthy vegan options. It saves me time and clean up to order from Sprinly. No, it’s not cheap. No, it may not get there the day you expect it, maybe a day later. But it’s mostly beans, vegetables, and grains. They should be good an extra day with the cold packs in the shipping boxes you get. I haven’t had a problem yet. I only gave a 4 because yes I would love if the meals were cheaper and came as scheduled consistently. 4.7 is more accurate. Because I too, gage grocery shopping around delivery but I guess I may have to adjust if saving time and not doing dishes is worth a little inconvenience. I really do love this company.

I wish I would have read some of these reviews before placing an order. In big bold letters it says the meal is delivered on Jan 6th. The package still shows in transit on the 7th with an estimated delivery on the 8th! I contacted them and they gave me some BS story about how they say that it could arrive Wednesday (7th) but if it arrives on the 8th it will still be edible. BS. I was so irate because I didn't go shopping because the meals were supposed to be delivered and was super busy and ended up having to go to a fast food restaurant. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. These subscription meal delivery services are the worse. They have the gall to charge you before you can even order the food. It is abhorent. Done with all of them!

**UPDATE** They did end up refunding me and apologizing that it was in fact their error, although this should have been done before I even needed to argue with them.****I had not one but two poor experiences with this company:1. Meals were delivered completely warm all the way through. Yes, I live in AZ in the summer, but I've ordered hello fresh for years and Thistle too, and have never had an issue with their packaging. Instead of taking the blame, their customer service blamed it on FedEx. I had to BEG them for a refund. I decided that when it gets cooler out, I would give it one more go, because i have a lot of food sensitivities and Sprinly is one of the only places I can order from. Big mistake2. I reactivated my membership on Wed so I could choose some meals for the first week of November. I made sure to skip meals for the coming weeks as it would still be too warm. I woke up today to see my card was charged and the website said I had meals coming this week. I reached out to customer service, and was totally gaslit- they claimed I did in fact order, and since I didn't change it before Tuesday night, it would be shipped. But i only reactivatd my account on wednesday so that is impossible. Instead of being trying to help, they blamed it on me AGAIN and denied to give a refund. I wanted to like this company, but I guess the customer is never right in their eyes.

I absolutely love this meal service and all the meals have been so delicious! I’m the only person who eats plant-based in my household and this works incredibly well for me. A lot of times after making dinner for my family, I don’t set time or effort aside to make something healthy for myself. I just end up eating whatever is quick and convenient. Sprinly provides restaurant quality meals that I can enjoy everyday. For me, the cost is worth it because maintaining healthy eating habits is priceless.

Nope. The meals on the first order I received were not edible. I got them with the gel packs defrosted and leaking all over the meals and the meals were warm to the touch. The companies only solution is to give you a credit. So I order again. The new set of meals were delivered today. We tried the Bean Burrito bowl, which only consisted of beans and rice. The meal had no flavor and the accompanying "salad" was soggy. We then tried the Lasagna, all I can say is YUCK. There was a inch thick tomato sauce on top and through out the meal so you only taste sour tomato, and again, the salad was soggy. Next we tried the Pesto Pasta with Sun-Dried Tomato Cakes, NO NO NO. I didn't mind the cakes but they were burnt on top. We ended up throwing out all 12 meals and since they don't have a refund policy, I guess we are out $200.00. I don't know who's trying these meals and saying they taste good, but they don't. I've cooked Plant Based Meals, so I know they can be very tasty. I think Sprinly needs new recipes.
