Good prices compared to some other classic car outlets and fast shipping.The parts I ordered for my 1968 Chevelle were really nice when I unboxed them. I'm almost ready for summer driving!

Poor support so far compared to other vendors
2 of 3 packages arrived quickly. The third package tracking (Fedex) shows it sitting at a GA location with no updates. I called Ground Up yesterday and was told to wait overnight to se if it changes and to call back if not. Today I call back and I'm told I needed to wait 10 days before they could process a claim. I asked if they could ship another replacement so I'm not holding up a shop bay & customer and we could deal with the missing item after the 10 day period - no go. They refused to help. I run a restoration shop
