Amazing experience, best price on the market
Amazing experience. Always wary ordering from less well known companies, but the reviews were positive and for good reason. Paid for next day delivery so they came in time for my marathon and they threw in a pair of running socks for free. Was also by far the best price on the market.

Good choice and stock at competitive prices
Start Fitness offered a broad choice of trainers for a variety of uses, with good stock of sizes at competitive prices. When I ordered, the trainers arrived quickly. What could be improved is the sizing advice, luckily I checked on another site.Finally, Start Fitness offered a free pair of socks, but the size was completely wrong for me (you’d think they’d know given I had bought trainers).

The product page delivery countdown…
The product page delivery countdown stated that if I ordered within the next hour or so, the product would be delivered tomorrow (Good Friday). I ordered and upgraded to next day delivery. It was only dispatched on Good Friday. I complained that it should be being delivered that day, not being dispatched. The customer services agent referred me back to their terms and conditions, that it wouldn't be delivered on a bank holiday. However, I pointed them back to the product page which was advertising delivery for Easter Saturday. I asked for a refund of my delivery, as I would've ordered from elsewhere as it's cheaper. They haven't replied in 48 hours.
