They stand behind their product.
My battery died within the warranty period and they sent a new one out right away. Could not ask for better service. This cannot be said for all companies. Had an issue with an E-moto straight out of the box and this company called it "normal operation" and had me buy an upgraded motor to fix the issue. After spending $400 the battery finaly totally gave out and only after a lot of hassle did they replace it.

The unicycle also offers a very good range, making it suitable for longer daily commutes—even up to 50 km per day.Weighing about 24 kg, the device remains relatively portable and manageable for everyday use.On hard, even surfaces, the V10F feels stable and predictable. Riding on bike paths, sidewalks, or asphalt roads is smooth and enjoyable. Crap Prices Payment Terms and Cancelation Fees
Prices, payment terms and cancelation options are all better elsewhere. Prices are so bad that, even after paying their absurd 4.4% cancelation fee for a purchase I had just approved, it's still cheaper for me to pay the fee and buy elsewhere
