Quick and Dedicated Customer Support
I ordered a MiniPC along with an eGPU dock from Minisforum but unfortunately it was missing the OCuLink adapter cable. The sales support team was super helpful and helped me get the adapter cable within a week. They were really helpful and made things right, and the PC works like a charm. I'd definitely recommend Minisforum, despite the hiccup with the OCuLink, their team's service was really prompt.

Great product and great service
I bought a UM760 Slim a year ago and the machine worked very well. The build quality and performance were fantastic and the fans were relatively quiet, even under load. The SSD and RAM were easy to upgrade as well. Unfortunately, the machine failed to turn on at some point. I was able to get my machine repaired with a simple e-mail to customer service. They responded to all of my messages in less than a day. My machine was repaired and returned to me under a week. I am very satisfied with Minisforum products and service.

Very worthy service
They helped me troubleshoot my computer and when I couldn’t fix it myself they took it back to trade it in. They were quick to respond overnight and gave me all the details i needed

I had an issue with a refurbished MGA1…
I had an issue with a refurbished MGA1 eGPU, so I contacted support to resolve the problem. It took them just two days to approve the RMA, and after I shipped it back and they received it, it took them another two days to send the replacement.As for the brand’s quality, it’s good. I have an UM890-Pro, and I’d be lying if I said it was bad—it’s small but powerful. The same goes for the MGA1. If you want a powerful, portable PC, buy these two products I mentioned; they really work wonders when rendering videos after editing and when playing AAA games.

Love them
Recently, I made a mistake by ordering a refurbished Barebone model instead of a complete system. I contacted support immediately to cancel the order before it was shipped. The support team was very friendly, easy to reach, and handled my cancellation request incredibly fast. Great products and even better customer service. Highly recommended!"

The delivery was fast as I expected, and it’s real awesome for mini pc I have is the gaming monster almost closely design as PlayStation 5 Pro, I told that’s MINISFORUM AtomMan G7, it can deliver some countries, but it’s good to use for everything but I like to play games for real
