Rubbish customer service
Firstly I was told delivery would be before end of March.. no updates received so I tried to contact by e mail x2 and by phone twice ( first call no answer after 8 minutes second no answer after 5 minutes) BUT I have got through today the lady on the phone was extolling the virtues of Magnolias… which I already knew and suprise suprise she said it had been dispatched today but she had no tracking details!!!🤦♀️🤦♀️Sutton’s have had my £144 since February 24th… Customer Service Zero points … Magnolia tree well who knows when I will receive it.I will never use Suttons again … disappointing as I like to support a local business.

Strong healthy plants
Good communication, strong plants, which are thriving. The first time I ordered these was a poor, delivery was rubbish and I unknowingly had weevils, but this time is amazing

Terrible experience
Comms is rubbish...emails tell you a plant has been despatched when it hasn't...customer service was rude and unhelpful...and when plant arrived it had been badly packed and the box and plant were both in terrible shape. Avoid.

Well Suttons - it is impossible to give you a proper score because I bought veg and flower seeds none of which have been sown yet. I can say the packaging looks secure and the address was correct

I had a damaged delivery
I had a damaged delivery, all of the plants were out of their plugs and dried up, I got in touch with Suttons and they replaced them, they arrived in perfect condition and are now doing well transplanted into pots and in my cool greenhouse.thank you

I am assuming this is 100 fuchsias. Delivery was almost exactly as stated at order time and advised subsequently, no mean feat when growing conditions vary. Quality is good, with just four plants at the edge of one in five boxes being too dry, probably because they were stuck somewhere over the weekend. The others are all thriving now, so I'm happy, especially as a lot of my established fuchsia shrubs seem to have been lost over the winter.

A delivery of what was to be of two…
A delivery of what was to be of two items,ie 250 onions and two garlic bulbs only contained two garlic bulbs.I sent a complaint to Suttons.Eighteen hours later I have had no reply.2/4/26
