Price way to high now with this new guy greedy. gal nice below delivery takes so long . Week or more. we spend 1000, with you. It's upsetting no birthday gift anymore etc. Displeased.

I was disappointed in changes…
I was disappointed in changes concerning method of pymt. And talking to someone from India who didn't seem too experienced. Seems it's more about the company than the customer. No such thing as encrypted either.

Consistency of mailing needed.
I wish you would be more consistent about what company items are mailed through. Mailing things through USPS makes it more difficult for me to get my items since I live in an apartment with a centralized mailbox that is 2 blocks from my apartment. I am disabled so I can't always get my mail promptly when it is put in the box.
