I have ordered several times from tshirtwholesaler.com and had fast shipping each time, even with standard shipping. The shirts are packaged by size, which is nice. The shirts arrive with no tears, no harsh factory smells that I have experienced with a previous supplier.

They Sell Defected Items Knowingly
They sold me a larger number of defected t-shirts that were marked defected with a small sticker by their processing team. And because its outside of 30 days they won't fix the situation even though they are aware these t-shirts are defected. this was a $1,000 + order. Huge loss - pls beware

Satisfied With What I Ordered & Received
I needed a small order of Camouflage Shirts and since the other website I used ran out of the sizes I needed I took a chance with T-ShirtWholesaler and I was pleasantly pleased with my order. Shirts came in the correct size and colors and arrived very quickly. If I need to use them again I probably will.

Sent wrong color, wouldn’t exchange 10 days past return policy date
I ordered 16 shirts on July 24th and needed specific colors for my job. I received them about 5 days later. I had ordered 4 midnight navy shirts and when they arrived gave them to our printer to have them lettered along with the others. I told him it was not a rush since I didn’t need them until early September. The printer called me on September 8th to tell me that the blue shirts I had ordered were the wrong color…they were indigo vs. midnight navy. Very close, but not the same and unfortunately since they are for work, I needed the exact color. I called t-shirt wholesaler to explain that they had sent me the wrong color and they replied that since it was outside the 30 day return window that they would not let me exchange the shirts. I explained to them why I was approximately 10, yes 10, days past their window and the rep said sorry, there’s nothing I can do. When I asked for a supervisor he stated that his supervisor overheard the conversation and said they will not exchange them. When I asked to speak to the supervisor he refused to get on the phone and the rep said I could send a written letter to the board of supervisors in Nevada if I had a complaint. No phone number, no email…write a letter. All for $20 worth of shirts. I honestly don’t care about the money, but if you send someone the wrong shirts, make it right. I had them brand new, still folded in the shipping bag and they would not do anything at all because I was 10 days past the return policy. Due to this, we have stopped using this company…that’s 250 customers lost because they wouldn’t exchange a few shirts on an order they messed up on.
