Items sent to the wrong country
Tennis items sent to Ireland and not Northern Ireland in error. Already nearly a two week wait for these items. Now they have to go back to tennis point to be reissued. Very delayed as a result and not happy.

Not fulfilling order
I made an order made on 10th March. The tracker showed as dispatch on 12th March. When checking with DPD it is showing as order generated awaiting receipt of goods. As of 26th March DPD are still awaiting the item. When I called the contact centre are friendly and helpful but ultimately unable to get the items to DPD. They are also reluctant to provide a refund even though it is contrary to the Distance Selling Regulations. Given the service and having to consider applying for a Section 75 refund from my credit card I’d not recommend using Tennis-Point

Ordered 4 brand new pure aero 2026 - 5 weeks and no rackets nor refund.
Ordered 4 brand new pure aero 2026 for my son. That was 5 weeks ago and still no sign of the rackets or refund. They made a mistake with the shipping form which they admitted that ended up with them getting stuck in customs - it would have cost me £200 to get them out. They said dont pay it and let them be returned. They wont return my money until they recieve the rackets but in the meantime i am out of pocket and no rackets and have a credit card to pay. And no one from tennis point gets back. I have been a loyal customer but no more....sadly let down by poor customer service.

Trainers order
I ordered a pair of trainers from these guys but I thought I had selected my work address not my home address which isn’t safe for delivery. I emailed them to change it to my work address but they said they couldn’t. I then requested that they cancel my order and to issue me a refund- no reply!I managed to change my delivery address on DPD. Let’s see what I receive, I hope it’s the correct trainers, colour and size!Avoid these clowns people.

Googled for tennis balls and Tennis point sponsored link showed 'free delivery' - but delivery charge appears at checkout and nearly doubled cost of order! Why mislead like this?
