Utility Pants ran small for size & not able to return

I ordered their Utility Pant and 1 pair with tax was over $162. The pants were small for the size and when I tried to return them I received an error message stating "Final Sale" with no explanation why I wasn't able to return them. Their web site said there is no customer service by phone. Ordering from ten thousand was a very bad experience, I highly recommend avoiding purchasing their products online.

Great shorts, terrible customer service

I'm a new Ten Thousand customer and so far genuinely like their Interval Shorts — I kept 3 pairs from a 4-pair order. However, my experience trying to return 1 pair has been disappointing.When I purchased in November 2025, the website showed a 90-day return policy (still referenced across multiple third-party sites). When I tried to return at 70 days, I was told the policy had changed to 30 days without notice.I also found a defect on the pair I was returning — the liner phone pocket doesn't hold a phone securely, unlike my other 3 pairs. Their product page promises a "no-bounce phone pocket" where "your essentials will stay put." I filed a warranty claim, which was denied without explanation.Over 4 attempts (email, warranty portal, text), my requests for supervisor review were ignored. A final email offering 3 resolution options (refund, exchange, or store credit) received no response.Great product, but customer service needs work. If you're buying, screenshot the return policy — it may change without notice.

Ordered the product and was NOT told…

Ordered the product and was NOT told that shipping would be delayed due to them changing warehouses. Order Confirmation email read "Please Note: As we transition to a new warehouse, orders may ship about two weeks later than usual". Contacted the company after 2+ weeks to get an update and was told it would be ANOTHER two weeks before shipping. No offer to refund shipping or option to cancel the order. If they had notified me of shipping delays at the time of order...and offered free shipping or something (anything) I would have been less annoyed. These folks should move away from DTC.

Ten Thousand does not value the customer or stand by delivery of purchased products

Ordered 3 items (pants) and rescheduled UPS delivery for a later date through UPS portal (original delivery date was 2 days following order date). Waited several more days after the revised delivery date, but still no package. I filed a claim with UPS 11 days after the original order was placed and informed Ten Thousand. Ten Thousand just kept sending me emails saying "UPS will try to retrieve the package and will update when they have more info". A week later, I informed Ten Thousand that UPS status says that the claim is awaiting information from Ten Thousand (the shipper). Rather than addressing the need for additional information to provide to UPS on their end, Ten Thousand said that because I didn't buy shipping protection at checkout (nonsense, as anytime you order anything from a company, the vendor is responsible for getting the purchased product to the buyer; the buyer is not responsible for making sure the product arrives), they are "unable to offer compensation or replacements for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged or missing items once they're in transit". They said to avoid this issue in future, to purchase the shipping protection. This is complete BS and shows a lack of responsibility to the customer. So: I filed a UPS claim (though it should be on the sender side to do so), TT won't supply the information UPS requested of the sender, and tells me I'm SOL. Awful customer service. Will never buy from this company again. Sadly, looks like I'm not alone from other posts on TrustPilot.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! This company is not interested in your support. I bought a metric ton of their product to have the absolute worst customer service experience with a company ever. Spend your money elsewhere!

Terrible Quality and No Accountability

I ordered these shorts for my husband, and they seemed to be great quality at first, but then after washing them a couple of times they started to fall apart at the seams. I want to be clear when I say I followed every clothing care instruction. They never went in the dryer and were always washed on a gentle cycle. When we reached out to Ten Thousand to see if we could get them replaced, they claimed that we must have been washing them wrong. They claimed no accountability into their poorly made product. Will never be buying anything from them ever again.

Skip the hassle

Good quality clothes. Terrible customer service and deceptive practices.. Ended up filing a dispute with my credit card to get my money back….which the credit card sided with me.

Premium product, but liners are for guys with smaller packages

The products are well made, and are one of the few companies such as Tracksmith that set the standard for high-quality, premium work-out gear. I've bought a ton of these products over the years, and all of the products last. I'll give one knock, though, and deduct one star because their liners are built for guys with average or smaller packages. For the more richly endowed, their liners result in getting your balls crushed or sticking against your legs because they spill over the space provided. I've tried upsizing, but I think after buying dozens of items from this company I'l need to find another brand.

Built in Liner is a miss

The quality of the shorts seems to be pretty good. But the fit is not. I tried both the size large and the size XL in the interval short. The large are very small but the liner actually fits well. The XL short fits pretty well but the liner is way too big, i.e. is slips up and down my legs.

Average quality, average fit/style - WORST customer service

I've ordered a few shirts from here, which I'd describe as average quality for the price point, and similar style to other big brands. My complaint is that I received 2 pairs of shorts for Christmas which were way too small, despite being in my size range based on the website. After fumbling through the website for an inordinate amount of time to find the "easy and free exchange" process, it ultimately took me through a warranty claim process. 2 weeks after submitting I get a response that they are denying the return b/c it was outside of their 30 day window. Never dealt with a company that didn't expand this for the Holidays. HTF is anyone supposed to order gifts from this Mickey Mouse company if (1) their sizing is all over the board (2) they have a stupidly strict timeline on returns.Products are OK, nothing that really separates them from the countless other options at the same price point. But I was actually hoping to have another brand to sport at the gym - no reason to buy anything else from them if they have 0 inclination to stand behind their product. Spend your money with Vuori - which these guys are basically just ripping off anyway
