Hi, I am extremely disappointed with my experience so far with my Tesla Model Y. I’ve had the car for just 10 days, and it is already experiencing multiple serious issues. After updating to FSD 14.3, the entire Full Self-Driving system and sensors stopped functioning. The display no longer detects surrounding vehicles—only my car appears, along with distorted and inaccurate road layouts.On top of that, there is a very noticeable air leak noise when driving at highway speeds (around 65 mph), and the climate control fan produces an irritating whining sound.When I contacted Tesla support, I was transferred to service, where they remotely diagnosed a hardware failure. It is honestly unacceptable that a brand-new car would require service for a hardware issue within just 10 days of ownership.To make matters worse, the nearest Tesla service center is 250 miles away from me, adding significant inconvenience to an already frustrating situation.This has been a very poor ownership experience so far, and far from what I expected from Tesla.

Ordered an in-stock company car, was assigned a car and a delivery date. Took day off for delivery, took out insurance on new car, completed finance approval, and arranged for old car to be collected. My new car was then unassigned to me with no more in stock until end of May-June. Requested compensation for losing days pay and inconvenience of having no car and cancelling family travel plans over easter. Told not willing to compensate in any way and will not entertain any supercharger credit, monetary compensation or spec upgrade. CS attrocious in resolving anything, never got escalated as advised and always onus on me to chase (1-2 hr wait on phone each time), despite my urgent issue. Will never buy a Tesla or recommend them to anyone within or outside of my business. Smacks of bif company trying to be clever with automated systems not fit for purpose. Order cancelled and will be ordering a BYD.

I’m extremely disappointed with Tesla’s customer support in Belgium. It has been over a month and a half, and despite multiple phone calls to support and several emails, the ownership of the Tesla charger still hasn’t been transferred to me.The previous owner already officially nominated me as the new owner through the app, so this should have been a straightforward process. Yet nothing has been resolved. Every time I contact support, I either get vague answers or am told to wait longer, with no clear timeline or accountability.For a company that prides itself on innovation and technology, this level of administrative inefficiency is shocking. A simple ownership transfer should not take six weeks and counting, especially after repeated follow-ups.This experience has been incredibly frustrating and reflects very poorly on Tesla’s customer service. I expected much better from a company of this reputation.

M3, 2020. Had car nearly 3 years. Absolutely love it. Few wee issues along the way, but the Tesla support via app has been excellent. Quick, easy, minor jobs remotely diagnosed and fixed at the house. Technicians all really helpful. Plan to change to newer model at end of the year.

I got fairly far, fairly quickly, but as soon as I parked my Tesla, it exploded. Luckily I survived, but do not purchase a vehicle from this company. Complete disaster. But nice interior so 2 stars!

I had a very disappointing experience with Tesla customer support.On March 22, 2026, I contacted support regarding a membership fee of 290 CZK that I believe was charged incorrectly, as I had intended to cancel the subscription. Instead of receiving help, I was met with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude.The operator was unwilling to assist, blamed the situation entirely on me, and refused to provide any solution. This is especially frustrating given how unclear and misleading the cancellation process in the app is.I expected a much higher level of customer care. At the moment, I am still waiting for a proper resolution, including a refund of the charged fee.If Tesla wants to maintain trust with its customers, situations like this need to be handled very differently.

Purchased a Tesla (order RN126905768) and used their trade-in process. The experience has been extremely poor from start to finish.The process is fragmented across departments with no clear ownership. Communication is unreliable, responses are inconsistent, and queries are either ignored or closed without resolution.The most serious issue is financial.I personally settled my previous vehicle finance (£15,449.04), yet Tesla also made a payment to Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, creating a duplicate settlement scenario.Mercedes have confirmed they cannot return the funds without payment details from Tesla.Despite multiple emails and follow-ups:Tesla have failed to provide the required payment confirmationI am still waiting for my trade-in payment (£14,932.97)I am out of pocket £516.07Weeks later, there is still no clear resolution or accountabilityI have effectively been left to manage this issue between Tesla and Mercedes myself, which is completely unacceptable.For a company that promotes a seamless digital experience, this process is disjointed, opaque, and poorly managed, particularly where finance and payments are involved.Until this is resolved, I would strongly advise others to avoid relying on Tesla’s trade-in or customer support processes, especially where financial transactions are involved

Own the car for a year and a half, absolutely delighted with it (Tesla Y 2023). Had an issue with windscreen wiper recently; remote service came and sorted it, no charge. Still in warranty and also even fitted a couple of replacement air filters I bought off market free of charge. Lovely guy, great company. Don't know why I'd ever go back to having a petrol car.
