Our friends bought us a voucher for £250 through Theatre Tickets Direct.co.uk and with the expiry looming we used them today. We booked a show and I also checked seat availability direct at the venue to see if I could check the seat view before booking through this 3rd party site and what I discovered was shocking!!! The exact same tickets we were booking through Theatre Tickets Direct were inflated by £21.50p each over the direct ticket cost from the Theatre. Essentially for our 2 tickets we have lost £43 of that £250 gift from our friends as a result of undisclosed and non transparent surcharges added to the theatre tickets by this 3rd party agency. I would urge you to use other more reputable sites who either clearly state their commissions or service fees which are usually in single digits per ticket not this site which represents approx 18% fee in top of the correct Theatre set ticket price. Better still book direct with the Theatre!!!

I cannot rate this company enough. I brought two tickets for myself and daughter. I have planned a birthday she will never forget away in London and after all this young lady has experienced the past few years she deserves nothing but the best.I am not the best at understanding seating plans and booked seats in the stalls which I believed was the dress circle. I was absolutely heartbroken as being a ballet dancer herself she has always wanted to sit in a box or dress circle.Although this company says no refund or exchanges I thought I would explain my daughters dream from a young girl, to be treat like Annie was by Mr Warbucks just for one night, and a mothers promise that must be kept and why now it was more important than ever.I was emailed back within a few hours by Nandeep Vyas who was not only extremely helpful, but so compassionate that he really does deserve some recognition. Nandeep explained that although the seats I wanted would be £50 cheaper their policy was not to offer refunds, even though I was not asking for one. However as a gesture of goodwill he would do his best to move us to seats of the same value within the dress circle, should any remain after the weekend. If I’m honest when I first messaged I didn’t think I would stand a chance but after a few emails speaking with Nandeep I didn’t doubt him once and had no concerns as to if I would hear back from him after the weekend. I knew this gentleman was genuine in his plight to help. Well Nandeep did exactly as he said, despite the terms and conditions stating no exchanges. I cannot thank or rate this employee enough for all of his genuine help, constant keeping me informed and emails were replied to very quickly. Not only that he picked two of the best seats remaining for which I will be forever grateful to him for.I am unsure of any other ratings for this company but they deserve nothing short of 5 stars from my experience all thanks this one employee who I really do hope gets all that he deserves for his hard work and dedication.

Having booked tickets for 2 shows on the wrong date, which clashed with another family event, Nandeep resolved the issue quickly and professionally. The tickets were exchanged for the preferred date and all is now well. Great service.

Ordered an extra theatre ticket in error. Could not fault the customer service of Theatre Tickets Direct as they refunded my money immediately. Would use again.

Very inflexible with voucher dates. Other companies much more accommodating. Use one of their competitors for a better customer experience.

I made a booking error rushing to get my tickets booked without realising I was hypoglycaemic and therefore incapable of checking what I was doing carefully. I realised quite quickly and having reached out, was grateful Nandeep was able to help me resolve without losing the full cost of my booking. Super grateful and will definitely blood test before I book tickets again!

As soon as you have an issue, or are in dispute with them, there is zero comms, no replies to a number of emails.
