Sent me 24 x AF bottles that had expired 9 months ago. Contacted them and never got a reply. I’d recommend using other retailers for future purchases.

This was my first experience of purchasing from this company - and it was disappointing in every way.I needed the items for Easter hampers; miniatures that were specific ingredients for favourite cocktails. I contacted the company via their online chat first, to confirm that if I ordered them on their next day/weekend delivery they would arrive in time for when I needed them (that Sunday). They confirmed yes they would arrive Saturday, as long as I paid their top price postage (next-day/weekend rate at £9.99) and put the order in before 1pm that day.> I put the order in at 10:30am that day and paid £9.99 for the next-day/weekend delivery, which I was happy to do as I needed the items urgently for the hampers.> The items didn't arrive on Saturday.> Going by the tracking information the parcel wasn't even packed and labelled until 4 days after I placed the order (still not posted though).> 5 days after I placed the order I sent an email complaint, stating that at the very least I felt that they should refund the price of postage.> I had no response at all from the company to my email, though the next morning the tracking information finally updated as shipped.> The items were delivered 7 days after I had ordered them - having paid for next day/weekend delivery.> No apology, no explanation. They didn't even use the next day delivery method I paid for; they used Royal Mail 48, which would have been cheaper.All in all the customer service from this company was awful. At least if they had posted my order when they should have done (and with the service I paid a high price for) I would have understood if the postal service itself hadn't managed to get it to me on time. But that wasn't the case: They didn't bother posting it on time, didn't update me, didn't respond to my email, and then when they did eventually send it they used a cheaper postal rate, so they have thieved some of the postage I paid them too!They don't even deserve the one star I've given them, it's only so that the review registers as negatively as my opinion of the company.

Not honest! Clearly states if you spend £99.99 or over you get FREE DELIVERY; you actually don't! I tried to order wine, it was over £99.99 but they wanted to charge £19.99 for delivery. I rang C/S and she said it's because the load is too big/heavy, it was 24 bottles of wine/4 cases! She said they're looking to remove the "free delivery over £99.99" on their webiste, but this was 3 months ago, and it's still there, such a CON!!

Ordered 6 bottles of my favourite Riesling - vintage 2019, which I've had previously and is fantastic. The bottle club advertised the wine as 2019 vintage, but I was delivered the 2023 vintage. I complained. They hid behind their T's & C's indicating their right to substitute. The two products are fundamentally different. I will never order with them again.

Ordered a bottle of Champagne a month ago and it has still not arrived they are saying the Evri have lost the item, customer service is not helpful or offering a solution. Poor service.

After reading reviews I was skeptical about ordering but after I did everything was smooth and quick. Ordered Sunday, arrived Tuesday. Had constant updates every step of the way as well.

I ordered 2 bottles of Bacardi 8 year old golden rum 4 days ago, it has arrived safely, well packaged, EVRI and the Bottle club kept me informed every step of the way, a very good price.All in all a great experience.I must confess I only checked Trustpilot after I ordered and my heart sank reading the latest reviews but I can honestly say my fears were groundless.

Have ordered a bottle of champagne over a week ago for a 40th birthday but still hasn't arrived. I have sent an email in which they said Evri have lost. I have emailed asking for refund but now not getting a reply. Feeling very disappointed as this was not cheap!

So far not good. Was tempted by a good offer on magnum tonic wine 24 bottles. Looked at my order slip it says 12 bottles same price. Got in touch and am told its my fault. Im like why would I pay the same for 12 as you charge for 24 . even sent screenshots of the price on Google and there website but its radio silence now and no option to cancel. Wish i had seen these reviews before I ordered. See what happens I may update my review if they work with me

ABYSMAL After sales care As they simply just don’t give a damn and simply don’t care have no after sales care I really suggest you DO NOT take a chance with these grossly incompetent muppets that run this company. Seriously shop elsewhere Try SPIRITS KIOSK instead of these delinquents !!
