Excellent and attentive support from Chika
Although I find Events Calendar does often have issues after updates, Chika provided excellent support, carefully read the information I sent and thoroughly investigated the issue in a methodical way. After we tried various fixes, Chika found the problem (this time, an issue with the theme) and suggested some ways to reach a solution. I'm very grateful and impressed at the care and attention provided, and that they stuck at it and didn't abandon me when the first couple of tries didn't work. Thank you

Amazing customer service! The product in itself is the best of its kind in the Wordpress world, but their customer service takes everything to another level. Very unprofessional and indiscret team
