Still the saga continues
Still the saga continues. Are there actually any people in customer services or is it just a really bad AI engine.Promised a refund for an order that was never delivered and guess what? Its not been processed.More emails to the imaginary customer service team which has resulted in more nonsense replies.The company is shocking. The order was never delivered and as of yet over 2 months on I still have not received my refund.Absolutely useless. Do not order anything from this company.
