Order WEB2451369 I had 1 item missing…
Order WEB2451369 I had 1 item missing from my order, I emailed on the 28/03, had a response to send parcel label so GK could look into it on 30/03, response sent same day, I’ve now chased 3 more times to find out what’s going on!? I’m out of pocket and missing an item I’ve paid for! Shocking customer service support! Will be looking to contact the ombudsman regarding this!
